Safety Warnings and Precautions

Read all instructions before using this product!
1. Keep work area clean. Cluttered areas invite injuries.
2. Observe work area conditions. Do not use this product in damp or wet locations. Don’t expose to rain. Keep work area well lighted.
3. Store idle equipment. When not in use, products must be stored in a dry location to inhibit rust.
4. Check for damaged parts. Before using any product, any part that appears damaged should be carefully checked to determine that it will operate properly and perform its intended function. Check for any broken or damaged parts and any other conditions that may affect its operation. Replace or repair damaged or worn parts immediately.
5. Replacement parts and accessories. When servicing, use only identical replacement parts. Use of any other parts will void the warranty.
6. Use eye protection. Always wear ANSI approved impact safety goggles when assembling this product.
7. Always check hardware and assembled parts after assembling. Use in an area that is flat and level. All connections should be tight and hardware tightened.
8. All assembly should be done by an adult.
9. The Toy Rocker should be played with in the presence of an adult. The Toy Rocker is for
indoor use. Use on a padded surface, like a carpet.
10. This product contains small parts and therefore represents a choking hazard.

Assembly
Your Toy Rocker will require complete assembly prior to use. It is important that you read the entire manual to become familiar with the product BEFORE you use the Toy Rocker. Before assembling the Toy Rocker be sure that you have all parts described in the Parts List and Assemby Diagram located on the last pages of this manual.
Step 1) At each end of the Rocker Support (#2), insert the protruding dowel of the
Connecting Plate (#3) through the center hole in the Rocker Support (#2) and into the Body (#1). The hole in Connecting Plate (#3) must line up with the holes in Body (#1)-see Figure 1.

Step 2) Secure the protruding dowel (on the Connecting Plate (#3) to the Body (#1)
by inserting two-sided Bolt (C) through Body (#1), extension of Connecting Plate (#3) and out other side of Body (#1). On each end of Two-Sided Bolt (C), slide on Big Washer (J), Spring Washer (L), and tighten on Nut (G)-see Figure 1.
Step 3) Securing the Connecting Plate (#3) to the Rocker Support (#2). Insert the two (2)
Hex Bolts (B) down through the front Rocker Support (#2) and through each of the outside holes in the Connecting Plate (#3)-see Figure 2. Slide on Small Spring Washer (M), Medium Washer (K) and tighten on Nut (F).
Step 4) Connecting the Side Bags. The Side Bags have 4 side pieces (#6) and two front
pieces (#7). Connect the pieces as shown in Figure 2. Once in place, insert one Hex Bolt (D) through each corner (4 corners on each side)-see Figure 2.

Step 5) Attach the rear Siren with Nut (H)-see Figure 3.
Step 6) To attach the Seat Bottom (#8), insert 2 Hex
Bolts (A) down through Seat Bottom (#8) - See Figure 2.
Step 7) Insert Handlebar (#9) through top hole in forks.
Slide one Washer (I) onto each Screw (E) and thread into hole in front of fork and into Handlebar to secure in place-see Figure 4.

Step 8) If decals are not attached, apply decals as shown on manual cover. Peel off decal
from paper and attach to Toy Rocker.
Siren Sound-Replacing Batteries
The Toy Rocker has a button on the console which makes a motor sound. The batteries are replaceable as follows:
Step 1) Remove the Wooden Console cover by unscrewing the 2 Phillips Head Screws.
Remove cover from the plastic assembly-see Figure 5.
Step 2) Remove the 3 batteries and dispose of properly. Replace with new batteries.
Replace plastic assembly cover. Replace Console Cover and thread in 2 Phillips Head Screws-see Figure 5.

When unpacking your Harley 30” (Police) Toy Rocker, check to make sure the following parts are included. If any parts are missing or broken, please call HARBOR FREIGHT TOOLS at 1-800-444-3353.
