Important Safety Information
1. Study, understand, and follow all instructions before operating this device.
2. Do not exceed rated capacity.
3. Use only on hard level surface.
4. Before moving a trailer, assure that the load is centered and coupler secured.
6. Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and heavy-duty work gloves during assembly and use.
7. Keep clear of trailer’s path while placing on and removing from dolly, and while moving.
8. Use as intended only. Do not use for aircraft purposes.
9. Inspect before every use; do not use if parts loose or damaged.
10. Be aware of dynamic loading! Sudden load movement may briefly create excess load causing product failure.
11. Read trailer owner’s manual and instruction manual for Tongue Jack (not included) before use.
12. Do not work under Trailer while on Dolly.
13. Keep area free of spectators and do not allow anyone on trailer while on Dolly.
14. Use wheel chocks when raising front of trailer for placement onto Dolly.
15. Assemble only according to instructions. Improper assembly can create hazards.
16. Keep assembly area clean and well lit.
17. Weight capacity and other product capabilities apply to properly and completely assembled product only.
18. Do not assemble when tired or when under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication.
19. This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with or near this item.
20. Maintain product labels and nameplates. These carry important safety information. If unreadable or missing, contact Harbor Freight Tools for a replacement.

Assembly
1. Attach V-Support (F), Connector (C), and Brace (D) to Handle (A) using three Bolts (1), Lock Washers (3), and Nuts (2).
2. Attach Connector (C) under Axle Base (B), using two Bolts (9), Lock Washers (3), and Nuts (2).

3. Attach Brace (D) to Axle Base (B), using Bolt (4), Lock Washer (6), and Nut (5).
4. Slide the Wheels (G) over the ends of the Axle Base (B) and secure in place with Washers (H) and Cotter Pins (I). Bend Cotter Pins into place.
