Important Safety Information
1. Do not exceed 200 lb. max weight capacity. Be aware of dynamic loading! Sudden load
movement may briey create excess
load causing product failure.
2. Wear ANSI‑approved safety goggles and heavy‑duty work gloves during assembly. Wear
gloves when stacking rewood.
3. Use as intended only. Do not use Cart to transport any
items other than rewood.
4. Inspect before use; do not use if parts loose or damaged.
5. Not a toy; keep away from children.
6. Keep assembly area clean and well lit. Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents.
7. Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when using this product. Do not use this product while you are tired or under
the inuence of drugs, alcohol or
medication. A moment of inattention while using this product may result in serious personal injury.
8. Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. This enables better control of this product in unexpected situations.
9. Store this product out of the reach of children and do not allow people
unfamiliar with the product or these instructions to operate the product.
10. Maintain this product. Check for misalignment or binding of parts, breakage of parts and any other condition that may affect the product’s operation. If damaged, have this product repaired before use. Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained equipment.
11. Maintain labels and nameplates on the Inner Tie Rod Tool. These carry important safety information. If unreadable or missing, contact Harbor Freight Tools for a replacement.
12. The warnings, precautions, and instructions discussed in this instruction manual cannot cover all possible conditions and situations that may occur. It must be understood by the operator that common sense and caution are factors which cannot be built into this product, but must be supplied by the operator.
Assembly
1. Position the U‑Handle (1) inside the grooves of the Base Frame (4). Attach the U‑Handle to the Base Frame using the Bolts (10) on each side of the U‑Handle. Fasten together using the Washer (14) and Nuts (13).
2. Position the Left Frame (7) inside the left groove of the Base Frame opposite the end with the U‑Handle attached. Secure Left Frame with Nuts and Bolts and repeat for the Right Frame (8).
3. Attach Bracket (9) to the Left and Right Frame pieces using remaining Nuts and Bolts. NOTE: Be sure the folded edge of Bracket points in towards the U‑Handle.

4. Slide one of the Bushing (5) over the Axle (11), followed by one of the Wheels (3). Secure Wheel in place using Washer (2) and Cotter Pin (6). Repeat for other Wheel.
5. Insert Caps (12) into open ends of the tubing in the U‑Handle and the Left and Right Frame pieces.
Operating Instructions
Read the ENTIRE IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION section at the beginning of this document including all text under subheadings therein before set up or use of this product.
1. Place wood logs in the holding area between the Fright and Left Frames.
2. Continue to stack logs until the pile reaches the top of the Bracket. CAUTION! Stacking logs higher than Bracket will increase chance of them spilling out of Cart.
3. WARNING! Do not exceed max. 200 lb. weight capacity of the Firewood Cart.
4. Once Cart is loaded, grip the U‑Handle and tilt Cart back. Then slowly push Cart forward.
Maintenance and Servicing
1. Before each use, inspect general condition of Firewood Cart. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, cracked or broken parts, and any other condition that may affect its safe operation. Do
not use damaged equipment.
2. After use, clean external surfaces. Do not use solvents.
3. When storing, keep Firewood Cart in dry and secure location.
