Power Cord Safety

CLEANING
Read the ENTIRE IMPORTANT

TO PREVENT
SERIOUS INJURY FROM ACCIDENTAL OPERATION OR ELECTRIC SHOCK: Before cleaning this Ultrasonic Cleaner, make sure the “OFF” Button is pushed off, the cord is unplugged, and the unit has cooled completely. Do not immerse motor, cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.
Dry with a soft cloth. Wipe the hous-1. ing with a soft clean cloth or sponge.
Allow unit to dry completely before 2. use.
Clean the appliance before each use 1. by wiping the interior and exterior with a clean, soft cloth.
NOTE: FAILURE TO FILL THE 2. ULTRASONIC CLEANER WITH WATER OR A NON-CORROSIVE CLEANING MATERIAL BEFORE USING WILL SEVERELY DAMAGE IT AND VOID THE WARRANTY.
Using the Ultrasonic Cleaner
Place the Ultrasonic Cleaner on a 1. counter top or table capable of hold­ing both the Cleaner and it’s contents.
Fill the tank with water.2.
Put the articles in the plastic basket 3. and place them in the tank. Ensure the water lever below the “Max-” line.
Plug in the Ultrasonic Cleaner into a 4. 120V outlet. The inner blue light will turn on.
Press the “ON” button to start clean-5. ing, the Light (red) will go on on. See Figure 1.

OPERATION

On some occasions the initial clean-7. ing will not be adequate. Press the “ON” Button to restart the cycle.
You may pause the cycle at any time 8. by pressing the “OFF” Button.
When nished using the Ultrasonic 9. Cleaner, unplug it from the wall outlet, empty the Tank, wipe down and store away from children.
INSPECTION AND
MAINTENANCE
TO PREVENT
SERIOUS INJURY FROM ACCIDENTAL OPERATION OR ELECTRIC SHOCK: Before appliance inspection or maintenance, make sure the appliance’s switch is turned off, the cord is unplugged, and the unit has cooled completely. If abnormal noise or vibration occurs, have the problem corrected before further use.
BEFORE EACH USE, inspect the 1. general condition of the Ultrasonic Cleaner. Check for cracked or bro­ken parts and/or any other condition that may affect its safe operation.
After each use, clean the Ultrasonic 2. Cleaner’s water tank with a clean, damp cloth. Remove any oil and/ or residue. NEVER clean with am­mable or corrosive liquids.

Troubleshooting

Harbor Freight Tools Co. makes every effort to assure that its products meet high quality and durability standards, and warrants to the original purchaser that this prod­uct is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to damage due directly or indirectly, to misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents, repairs or alterations outside our facilities, criminal activity, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or to lack of maintenance. We shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property, or for incidental, contingent, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation of exclusion may not apply to you. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESS­LY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS.
To take advantage of this warranty, the product or part must be returned to us with transportation charges prepaid. Proof of purchase date and an explanation of the com­plaint must accompany the merchandise. If our inspection veries the defect, we will ei­ther repair or replace the product at our election or we may elect to refund the purchase price if we cannot readily and quickly provide you with a replacement. We will return re­paired products at our expense, but if we determine there is no defect, or that the defect resulted from causes not within the scope of our warranty, then you must bear the cost of returning the product.
