1. Study, understand, and follow all instructions before operating this device.
2. Do not exceed 7000 lb. rated capacity.
3. Use only on hard, flat, level surfaces.
4. Lifting device only. Immediately after lifting, support the vehicle with appropriate means.
5. Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and heavy-duty work gloves during use.
6. Keep clear of load while lifting and lowering.
7. Lower load slowly in controlled fashion. Do not allow load to drop quickly.
8. Do not use for aircraft purposes.
9. WARNING: This product contains lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. (California Health & Safety Code § 25249.5, et seq.)
10. Inspect before every use; do not use if parts loose or damaged.
11. Do not alter the jack or use attachments and/ or adapters that are not supplied by the manufacturer. Any alterations or modifications to this tool may result in dangerous conditions.
12. Be aware of dynamic loading! Sudden load movement may briefly create excess load causing product failure.
13. Maintain labels and nameplates on the tool. These carry important safety information. If unreadable or missing, contact Harbor Freight Tools for a replacement.
