The Magnetic Painter’s Workstation is ideal for holding a spray gun and other work components while painting.

You will need the manual for the safety warnings and precautions, assembly instructions, operating and maintenance procedures, parts list and diagram. Keep your invoice with this manual. Write the invoice number on the inside of the front cover. Keep the manual and invoice in a safe and dry place for future reference.
SAFETY WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS
1. KEEP PRODUCT USAGE AREA CLEAN. Keep area free from moisture or oil. Cluttered areas invite injuries.
2. KEEP CHILDREN AWAY FROM PRODUCT USAGE AREA. Do not allow children to handle this product.
3. CHECK FOR DAMAGED PARTS. Before using this product, carefully check that it will operate properly and perform its intended function. Check for damaged parts and any other conditions that may affect its operation. Replace or repair damaged or worn parts immediately.
4. REPLACEMENT PARTS AND ACCESSORIES. Use only identical replacement parts.
5. WEAR SAFETY GOGGLES (Must comply with ANSI) at all times when assembling.
6. AVOID SHARP EDGES WHEN ASSEMBLING. Avoid pinching fingers when opening and closing Tray. Avoid edges while using as they may puncture skin.
7. WEAR APPROVED BREATHING MASK AROUND PAINT FUMES. DO NOT SMOKE or have open flames around Painter’s Workstation or spray booth.
8. FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS AND SAFETY PRECAUTIONS of the tools you are
using in conjunction with the Painter’s Workstation.

1. On the Backside (#1) of the Magnetic Painter’s Workstation, peel off the protective tape from the Magnetic Strips and discard. See Figure A

2. Mount the Magnetic Painter’s Workstation with it’s folding Tray (#2) on the metal spray booth wall. The Magnetic Strips allow you to place the Workstation within easy reach. It can hold your spray gun in slotted paint gun holder. Notched areas on Tray can hold other tools. After mounting the Workstation, double check that it is tightly secured to the booth’s
wall before using.
3. When not being used, you can fold Tray (#2) up flat against the wall. See Figure C.

4. To remove Magnetic Painter’s Workstation from a metal surface, lift the Handle (#9) and the Offset Wheel (#8) will push Workstation away from the surface and it will release the magnetic pull. See Figure D.
5. If you choose, you can mount the Magnetic Painter’s Workstation on a wall using screws or nails (not provided). Note: This wall surface must be capable of supporting
the weight of the Workstation and all related tools. Choose hardware that will fit into the holes on the back of the station. The dimension of the holes are 3/16” wide (narrowest portion) and 3/8” for the head of the screw or nail. Caution: Do not overload Workstation. See Figure E.

1. For better and safer performance, keep all parts of this product clean and dry.
2. Periodically check to see that all hardware is in place.
