Roughing in
Stub out for the hot and cold water supplies at the positions shown on the diagram. The 1/2”
NPT nipples should be long enough to extend 5/8” outside the surface of the finished wall.
Finish and seal the wall. The panel will hang on the finished wall.
Installation
Drill the screw holes at the positions shown using an 8 mm bit. Be careful not to drill into any
water lines!
Install the anchors. Seal the wall around the
anchors with waterproof sealant.
Seal the wall around the hot and cold nipples
with waterproof sealant. Wrap the nipples
with Teflon tape. Install the elbows so that the
outlets face downward.
Install the screws in the anchors. Install the
nuts so that the backs of the nuts are 5/8”
away from the finished wall.
Hang the panel from the top screws only. With a helper
holding the panel away from the wall, connect the panel supply hoses to the elbows.
Lift the panel up slightly. Push it back against the wall. Lower
the panel. The slots in the bottom of the panel should go over
the bottom screws.
Tighten the top and bottom nuts.
