does no t turn on. Op en the compar tment an d replace the t hree AAA batter ies, while
payin g attenti on to their polar ity. Clos e batter y cover.
Note: Bat teries shou ld only be rep laced in a safe a rea using th e battery t ype speci ed in this ins tructi on manual.
Old batterie s should be dis posed in acc ordance wi th local regula tions.

A mess age of “CAL“ and “- 0-
can now s tart using C hecktem p®1. If CalCh eck® displ ays the “E rr” mess age while
measu ring temper ature, rem ember that :
· The tem perature s ensor is loc ated at the t ip of the stai nless stee l probe.
· It is nec essary to w ait for a few se conds for th e display to st abilize.
