(FoamLogix Water Flow Calibration)

THIS QUICK START GUIDE IS ONLY INTENDED AS A BRIEF OVERVIEW TO THE

OPERATION OF THE FOAMLOGIX 2.1A, 3.3 AND 5.0 SYSTEMS AND IS NOT
INTENDED TO BE A REPLACEMENT FOR THE INSTALLATION /OPERATION
MANUAL (HALE P/N: 029-0020-74-0 OR 029-0020-68-0) PROVIDED WITH EACH

SYSTEM. ALSO AVAILABLE ON-LINE – WWW.CLASS1.COM.

Calibration

1. Start the pumping unit per the
manufacture’s operating instructions.

Set pump pressure and flow to the low
end of the units intended performance
(using a calibrated Pitot, nozzle, etc.).

2. Press and hold the DISPLAY button

5. The display shows the water flow rate.
Refer to the complete product manual
for the rate unit settings; i.e., GPM,
LPM, etc. (See Figure 4.)

4. Release the DISPLAY (
display shows CAL for 2 seconds in­dicating the calibration mode has been
entered. (See Figure 3 in the next
column.)

6. Press the DISPLAY (

the water flow calibration factor. (See
Figure 5.) Write this number down for
future reference.

7. Press and hold the DISPLAY (
button until PASS is shown. (See
Figure 1 on the preceding page.)

display shows ScAL for approximately
5 seconds. The unit is reinitialized
and the calibration factor is saved.
