クリー ニ ング ス ポ ン ジ 使 用 上 のご 注 意：

本品は圧縮タイプのスポンジを使用しています。
水にぬらすと膨張します。必ずスポンジをぬらしてお使いください。
そのまま使 用すると大 切 なこて先をだめにしてしまうことが あります。

使用方法

クリーニングワイヤータイプ

こて先の温度低下を最小限に抑えるために開発された、水を使わないワイ
ヤータイプのこて先クリーナーです。
クリーニングワイヤーはフラックスを含んでいますので、はんだかすをきれ
いに 取ります。使 用後 は 金 属 廃 棄 物として 廃 棄してくだ さい 。

●こて先をクリーニングワイヤーに数回突き刺して、こて先のはんだかす
を取 り 除 いてくだ さい 。

●従来のクリーニングスポンジのように、表面でぬぐい取ろうとすると、
クリーニングワイヤーの弾力でこて先上の溶けたはんだが飛び散る場
合がありますのでご 注意ください。

●クリーニングワイヤーが汚れたら、ワイヤーを回して面を変えてご使用
ください。

●クリーニングワイヤー交換時は、はんだくずをこぼさないように、縦方
向 で アルミケ ースを 外してくだ さい 。

使用上的注意:

＊袋內或許會有些白色粉末是助焊劑不會影響效能。
＊此產品有使用助焊劑, 切勿用來當作廚房用品。

使用上的注意:

海綿是擠壓物體, 水濕則漲大。 使用海綿時, 先濕水再擠乾。否則會

損壞焊鐵頭。

633-01的使用方法

●將焊鐵頭插入清潔咀絲, 以清除焊鐵頭上的殘余焊劑。

●切勿將清潔咀絲當作海綿用, 以掃刷焊鐵頭。因為清潔絲之彈
簧性動作可能濺出焊鐵頭上的溶化殘余焊劑請小心。

●清潔咀絲弄髒時, 轉清潔咀絲, 換清除面使用。

●更換清潔咀絲時, 不要讓焊錫碎灑落, 請豎著打開。
※與另選配件的海綿帶碟子的組合, 可跟633-02一樣用海綿來清

潔焊鐵頭。

633-02的使用方法

●將清潔海綿先濕水再擠乾才使用。
※如果配上另選的HAKKO 599B, 可如633-01一樣不用水即可將

焊鐵頭清潔。

NOTE:

The sponge is compressed. It will swell when moistened with water. Before

using the unit, dampen the sponge with water and squeeze it dry. Using a dry

sponge will damage the soldering tip.

Features of the 633-01:

No water is required, so the cleaner will not reduce tip temperature or subject

the tip to thermal shock.

Operation 633-01:

First, remove any excess solder from the tip by thrusting the tip into the

cleaning wire.

(Do not wipe the tip against the wire. This may cause molten solder to spatter.)

When the wire becomes dirty or loaded with solder, turn the wire until a clean

surface is presented.

When changing the cleaning wire, lift the case top vertically to prevent solder

debris from falling out (see drawing)

by-product of the flux in the wire. It will not affect the use or efficiency of

this product.
