9) Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding-type plug. A polarized plug has two blades with one wider than the other. A grounding type plug has two blades and a third grounding prong. The wide blade or the third prong are provided for your safety. If the provided plug does not fit into your outlet, consult an electrician for replacement of the obsolete outlet.
10)Protect the power cord from being walked on or
pinch particularly at plugs, convenience receptacles, and the point where they exit from the apparatus.
11)Only use attachments/accessories specified by the
manufacturer.
12)Unplug this apparatus during lightening storms or
when unused for long periods of time.
13)Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel.
Servicing is required when the apparatus has been damaged in any way, such as power-supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the apparatus, the apparatus, has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.
14)This appliance shall not be exposed to dripping or
splashing water and that no object filled with liquid such as vases shall be placed on the apparatus.

The lightning flash with arrowhead symbol, within an equilateral triangle, is intended to alert the user to the presence of uninsulated "dangerous voltage" within the product's en-closure that may be of sufficient magnitude to constitute a risk of electric shock to persons.
The exclamation point within an equilateral triangle is intended to alert the user to the presence of important operating and main­tenance (servicing) instructions in the literature accompanying the appliance.

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. WARNINGS:
This TV monitor should be operated only at the adaptor supplied.
Do not try to repair the TV monitor yourself as it contains no user-serviceable parts. The TV monitor should only be repaired by a qualified technician. Stop using the TV monitor if the cabinet is damaged.
Have it checked by a service technician. Put your monitor only in a clean, dry environment. Unplug
the monitor immediately if it gets wet, and consult your service technician. Always unplug the monitor before cleaning it. Clean the
cabinet with a clean, dry cloth. Apply non-ammonia-based cleaner onto the cloth, not directly onto the glass screen. Keep the TV monitor away from magnetic objects, motors,
TV sets, and transformers. Do not place heavy objects on the cable or power cord.
Care and Maintenance
Avoid exposing your monitor directly to sunlight or other
heat sources. Place your TV monitor away from the sun to reduce glare. Put your TV monitor in a well-ventilated area. Do not
place anything heavy on top of your monitor. Make certain that your TV monitor is installed in a clean
and moisture-free area.
Safety Tips
If smoke, abnormal noise or odor comes out of your TV
monitor, switch off the power immediately and call your service center. Never try to repair the TV monitor yourself. Always call
your service center or a qualified technician to fix it. Do not watch during driving, it is dangerous and is illegal!

Power requirements
You may use the DC adaptor or the Cigarette lighter adaptor (NEGATIVE GROUND ONLY) supplied for the power source.
Battery installation
Attach the rechargeable battery pack to the bottom of the TV Player unit as illustrated below:

NOTE:
This unit works either on the battery pack supplied or on DC power: unplug the DC Power adapter from the DC input jack to run off the battery pack (after fully charged); plugging the DC Power adapter while the battery pack is attached initiates the charging of this battery. Please insert the battery correctly. Generally, it takes about 6 hours to charge a dead battery pack full. A full charged battery pack can endure approximately 2 hours of continuous playback.
