Setting Environment
The product adopts the patent "Safe Care" technology of our company. As long as adopting civil power supply, even if the earthing wire is electried by mistake, the "Safe Care" technology still can block the dangerous electricity, and ensure your personal safety. But if you nd perceptible current, please disconnect the power and contact local after service department for maintenance. Do not disassemble by yourself.
The original pipeline of the water heater is an organic part of "Safe Care". Do not remove it by yourself. Otherwise we will not take responsibility for the injure and loss caused by the safety trouble occurred the
refrom.
Statement: This water heat er sh all only be repaire d and maintained by qualie servic emen.
Improper mainte nance m ay c ause severe injur y or dama ge. B efore openin g or repairing water heater, please do disconnect power supply.
Note: Before asking for service, please refer to troubleshooting section to resolve easy problems.
During install ation, adequate space must be reserved for future maintenance and repair. If the water heater is installed within decoration boards, the right board shall be removable to facilitate removing the plastic cover during maintenance.
City water inlet pressure shall not be less than 0.05MPa,Maximum pressure can no
t exceed
0.80M
P
a.
Electric water heater shall be installed indoors with ambient temperature above 0°C. The pipes shall be collectively laid. Hot water outlet shall not be too far from use points. In case f arer than 8m, hot water pipe shall have a thermal insulation to minimize heat loss.
The mounting wall shall be rm and reliable to support twice the weight of water heater full of water. Non-load bearing walls or air b rick walls must have cor responding protective measures like additional support, wall-through screws or back boards.
Electric water heater shall be located in a place easy for use, maintenance and with a oor drainer.
In ca se the tank or pipes leak, nearby or lower facilities shall not be damaged. The installation location shall avoid being above toilet bowl, b athtub, washbasin or doorframe, where will cause a suppressed or unsafe feeling to users.
Power for wate r heate r sha ll be in a dry plac e free of wat er splash. (splash-proof box i s preferred).
Do not confuse inlet an d outlet water pipes. Safety valve shall be instal led at designated position with no random modication.
Extern al Cleaning: Disconnect power supply before cleanin g. Gentl y wipe w ith wet c loth dipped with a little of mild det ergent. Do not use gasoline or other solvents. Finall y dry with dr y cloth. Keep water heater dr y. Do not use cleansers containing grinding agent (e.g. toothpaste), acids, chemical solvents (e.g. alcohol) or polishers to clean.
Internal Cleaning: To ensure high working eciency, heating elements and tank liner of water heater shall be cleaned once in three years. Take care not to damage protection l ayer on heating elements and tank liner inner surface. According to dierent local water qualities and use habit s, magnesium rod shall be periodically repla ced. If mai ntenance is nee ded, please contact local service station.
For
the rst use after installation, due to there's no water within the tank, rst the city water inlet valve and mixing valve must be opened. Close the mixing valve when water ows out continuously from the showerhead or other outlets (the tank is full). Check connections are free of water leakage, and connect power.
Turn the knob to set your desired water heating temperature, which can be stepless changed between cold water inlet temperature and 75°C. In heating mode, heating lamp is lighted on. Normally the knob shall be positioned at highest temperature. This machine has a thermostat function, which automatically switches o the water
heater when temperature reaches the
setting value, and switch on again when water temperature decreases to certain value.
City water pressure ≥ 0.80MPa will cause much water owing out from safety valve pressure relief vent. This is due to too high water pressure. Please ask after-sales service for correction.

Attentions in Operation
Installat ion m ust be made b y inst allers of or des ignat ed by ou r c ompa ny afte r-service department. The water heatershall be wall-mounted.
If there is no power cord or plug and the power is not interrupted, the xing line connected must be equipped with the all-pole disconnection device provided by breakaway contac t under the overvoltage type III condition according to wiring rules.
Before installation, make sure water h eater rear wires are t rmly. Det ermine an installation location. Make four holes ∅12mm, 65mm deep in the wall with an impact d rill acco rding t
o installating dimension. I nsert x expansion hooks and exp ansion bolts in corres ponding wall holes. Lift the water heater. Insert wall rack onto the hooks and bolts. Fit at washers, rear wires and nuts in turn o nto the bolts (see Figure 2). Tight en the n uts and check t hem rm . Insta ll accessor ies such as saf ety valve, drain hose as shown in Figure 3. Us e sealing compound to prevent water leakage.
To facilitate installation and removal, it is suggested a G 1/2" movable nut is tted at appropriate locations on inlet and outlet pipes respectively. Find water supply location. Connect i nlet pipe, outlet pipe and city water pipe respectively to the use point.
The hot water pipe shall not be too long to reduce the heat losses. Please reserve some space in installation for the future maintenance.
The safety valve should be connected to the cold water inlet pipe. Please check carefully if the direction is correct after installation. The correct direction of installation is that the arrowhead on the safety valve should point to the water heater.
Please connect the drain hose to the safety valve. Connect one end of the hose to the safety valve vent and the other end to the sewage drain. The hose can be cut short or extended as necessary. The hose shall be installed as inclined downward. (see to Figure 4)
The water m ay dr ip from the discharge pipe of the pressure relied device and that this pipe must be installed in a continuously downward direction and i n a frost-free environment. Check safety valv
e o nce a month as follow: move the small handle of safety valve, if there's water owing out, safety valve is n ormal; if the re's no water ow, please contact local after-sales service station.
The pre ssure relief device is to be operated regularly to remove lime deposits and to verify that it is not blocked.

Safety Precautions
Check if the ammeter and the diameter of the wires are in accordance with the rated current of the water heater. If necessary please have it checked by experienced electrician.
After installation, be sure to ll the heater completely with water before switching on the power in the rst usage. Children must take bath under the supervision of adult.
In winter of cold area, if the heater is idle for a long period, please pull the handle of safety valve to discharge the water. Otherwise it may freeze inside the water heater and cause damages.
The product is only available for alternating current . Be sure to use independent power and earth it reliably. Set the power of the water heater at dry position away from water spraying.
In opening and closing the water valve, do not point the shower head to human body. Otherwise it may hurt by the spraying hot water.
In case the power cord of the water heater is damaged, be sure to have it replaced by after service technicians with special cord oered by the manufacturer.

To avoid causing machine troubles, do not connect power before tank is full of water.
Adjust a suitable temperature before use, for water temperature above 50°C may burn your skin.
This product is closed water heater, which can supply hot water through pipe connection to several points like bathroom (bathtub, washbasin, showerhead) and kitchen.
Heating adjustment can be made exibly all year round adapting to climate changes. In long-term out-of-use or maintenance, you can close city water pipe valve, open mixing valve to hot water range, and move up safety valve handle to drain the tank. To avoid injury, before next use, it is suggested to rst open hot water valve before switching on the water heater, exhausting gas possibly retained in the pipeline. In this case, no smoke or re is permitted near the open valve. Carefully check and conrm all parts are in good condition.
Provided hot water quantity can meet use demand, temperature setting shall be possibly low. It can minimize heat dissipation, high-temperature corrosion and sedimentation, ensuring a longer service life.
Regularly ask servicemen to make safety inspection, remove sediment on heating elements, and check consumption of anode bar. Too much consumed anode bar shall be replaced.
