CLASSIFICATION

UTILISATION PRÉVUE

Ce produit est destiné à la protection de l’utilisateur durant les opérations de sou­dure MIG/MAG, MMA, TIG, micro plasma, découpe plasma ou oxygène, gougeage
et brasage.

Cet équipement protège contre les ammes, les projections et éclaboussures de

métal en fusion et la chaleur radiante.

Cet équipement pouvant être utilisé pour diérentes applications, il est de la res­ponsabilité de l’utilisateur d’identier le produit adéquat en fonction de l’utilisation.

Ce produit protège partiellement la surface du corps de l’utilisateur. Des protections

supplémentaires peuvent être nécessaires. L’identication de ces équipements

complémentaires relève de la responsabilité de l’utilisateur.

Ce vêtement est uniquement conçu pour protéger l’utilisateur contre un contact

bref et accidentel avec les parties sous tension d’un circuit de soudage à l’arc ou

découpe plasma. Des couches d’isolations électriques supplémentaires sont néces­saires dans les environnements où le risque de choc électrique est accru avec une

tension pouvant dépasser 100 Vdc.

UTILISATION IMPROPRE

Le niveau de protection contre la amme sera réduit si le vêtement de protection
pour soudeurs est contaminé par des matériaux inammables.

Ces équipements de protection répondent à la classe 2 - A1 déni

par la norme EN ISO 11611 : 2015 :

- Classe 2 : Protection importante contre les petites projections de

métal en fusion.

- A1 : Performance de propagation de amme (selon norme ISO
15025, Méthode A - Inammation sur la face).

Une augmentation de la concentration en oxygène de l’air réduit considérable­ment la protection du vêtement de protection pour soudeurs contre la amme.
Il convient de prendre des précautions lorsque le soudage est eectué dans des
espaces connés, s’il est, par exemple, possible que l’atmosphère puisse être en-

richie en oxygène.

L’isolation électrique fournie par le vêtement est réduite lorsque le vêtement est

humide, sale ou imprégné de sueur.
Toute protection du corps supplémentaire utilisée en complément avec ces produits

doit satisfaire aux normes appropriées contre les risques de soudage associés.

Si l’utilisateur soure de symptômes semblables à un coup de soleil ou que la
protection est traversée par des rayons UVB, il convient de réparer (si possible)
ou remplacer le vêtement mis en cause. Il devra être envisagé l’ajout de couches

protectrices supplémentaire plus résistantes pour les futures utilisations.

Pour une protection optimale :

- L’utilisateur doit vérier que la taille du vêtement est bien ajustée à son corps.

- Les manches doivent être tirées de sorte qu’il n’y ait aucun espace non protégé

entre les manches et les gants.

- Avant l’utilisation, les produits doivent être correctement inspectés, an de détec­ter tout défaut d’usure pouvant réduire la protection de l’utilisateur (trou, brûlure
excessive…). En cas d’identication d’une anomalie, le produit doit être réparé (si
possible) ou remplacé.

Ces produits doivent être régulièrement nettoyés à l’aide d’une brosse sèche. Le

lavage, séchage ou repassage n’est pas conseillé. Après le nettoyage, les équipe-

ments doivent être soigneusement inspectés pour détecter tout signe d’anomalie.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Read and understand the following safety recommendations before using or
servicing the product.

Any change or servicing that is not specied in the instruction manual must not

be undertaken.

The manufacturer is not liable for any injury or damage due to a non-compliance

with the instructions featured in this manual.

In the event of problems or uncertainties, please consult a qualied person to

handle the product properly.

CLASSIFICATION

INTENDED USE

This product is intended to be used for all welding processes like MIG/MAG (gas
and no-gas), MMA, TIG, micro plasma, plasma cutting, oxygen cutting, gouging

and thermal spraying.

It can protect against welding hazards: ames, molten metal spatter, radiant heat

and short term accidental electrical contact.

As applications may vary, it is the responsibility of the user to identify the right
product for each application.

This product partially protects the surface of the user’s body. Some additional pro­tection may be necessary. This is the responsibility of the user to identify which

additional equipment is to be used in complement.

This garment is only intended to protect against brief and inadvertent electrical
shock that can be generated by welding and cutting machines. Additional welding

insulation layers will be required where there is an increased risk of electric shock

with voltage which may exceed 100V D.C.

IMPROPER USE

The level of protection against ame will be reduced if the welder’s protective
clothing is contaminated with ammable materials.

An increase in the oxygen content of the air will reduce considerably the protec­tion of the welder’s protective clothing against ame. Care should be taken when
welding in conned spaces, e.g. if it is possible that the atmosphere may become

enriched with oxygen.

The electrical insulation provided by clothing will be reduced when the clothing is
wet, dirty, or soaked with sweat.

Any additional body protection used in complement with this product for welding
shall meet the appropriate EN standards against welding hazards.

If the user experiences sunburn-like symptoms, UVB is penetrating the protection.
In either case, the garment should be repaired (if practicable) or replaced and

For an optimal protection:

- The user shall check the garment size properly ts his body.

- The sleeves shall be pulled on so that no unprotected gap remains with the

gloves.

- Before use, the product shall be properly inspected to detect any worn part that
could reduce the user’s protection (damaged seam, hole, excessive burn…). If so,
this product should be repaired (if possible) or replaced.

SACHGEMÄSSE ANWENDUNGEN

Dieser Material ist für den Schutz des Anwender beim MIG/MAG-, E-Hand-,
WIG-, Mikroplasma-, Plasmaschneiden-, Oxygenplasma-, Fugenhobeln- sowie
Löten-Schweißarbeiten geeignet
Diese Ausrüstung schützt gegen Flammen, Metallspritzer und -funken und

Strahlungshitze.

Der Norm EN ISO 11611 :2015 entsprechend, wird diese

Schweißschutzausrüstung als Klasse 2 - A1 eingestuft:

- Klasse 2: Wichtiger Schutz gegen kleine Spritzer geschmolzenen

Metalls.

- A1: Flammenausbreitungsleistung (gemäß ISO 15025, Methode
A - Entzündung an der Seite).

Da dieser Ausrüstungsmaterial für verschiedene Einsatzbereiche benutzt werden
kann, muss der Anwender das passende Produkt zu der entsprechender Anwen­dung identizieren.

Dieses Produkt können den Körper des Anwenders schützen, zusätzliche Schut­zausrüstung ist aber empfehlenswert. Die Auswahl dieser zusätzlichen Schutzaus­rüstung liegt in der Verantwortung des Anwenders.

Diese Ausrüstung schützt den Anwender ausschließlich vor den Gefahren beim
Lichtbogen- bzw. Plasmaschweißen. Zum Schutz vor elektrischen Spannungen von
über 100V DC sind zusätzliche maßnahmen notwendig.

UNSACHGEMÄSSER GEBRAUCH

Der Schutz durch die Ausrüstung wird durch Kontakt mit leicht enammbaren Ma-

terialien gemindert.

Eine Umgebung mit höhrem Sauerstogehalt reduziert den Flammenschutz dieser
Ausrüstung. Beachten Sie die allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise zur Arbeit in schlecht
belüfteten Räumen.

Die Schutzswirkung der Schweißausrüstung wird durch Feuchtigkeit und/oder

Schmutz verringert.

Die zusätzliche Schutzausrüstung muss den entsprechenden Normen für Schutz vor
Gefahren beim Schweißen entsprechen.

Kommt es trotz der Schutzausrüstung zu Schäden, muss die Schutzausrüstung
überprüft und gegebenenfalls ausgetauscht werden. Zusätzliche Schutzausrüstung

sollte in Betracht gezogen werden.

Für optimalen Schutz:

- Überprüfen Sie den Sitz der Schutzausrüstung.

- die Schutzärmeln müssen bis zu den Schutzhandschuhen reichen. Es darf kein
ungeschützer Bereich frei bleiben.

- Prüfen Sie die AUsrüstung vor jedem Gebrauch auf Abnutzung und Beschädigun­gen. Tauschen Sie die Ausrüstung aus, falls Sie beschädigt ist.

Die Aurüstung regelmäßig mit einer trockenen Bürste reinigen. Nicht Waschen,
Trocknen oder Bügeln. Nach dem Reinigen die Ausrüstung sorgfältig auf Beschä­digungen prüfen.

Die Ausrüstung an einem trockenen, gut belüfteten Ort mit einer Temperatur
über 5°C gelagert werden. Direktes Sonnenlicht bzw. Wärme oder Feuchtigkeit

vermeiden.

CLASIFICACIÓN

UTILIZACIÓN PREVISTA

Este producto está destinado a la protección del usuario durante las operaciones
de soldadura MIG/MAG, MMA, TIG, micro plasma, corte al plasma o oxígeno, ra­nurado y braseado.

Este equipamiento protege contra las llamas, las proyecciones y salpicaduras de

metal en fusión y el calor radiante.

Este equipamiento se puede utilizar para diferentes aplicaciones y es de responsa­bilidad del usuario identicar el producto adecuado en función del uso.

Esto producto protege parcialmente la supercie del cuerpo del usuario. Puede ser
necesario llevar protecciones adicionales. La identicación de estos equipamientos

adicionales son responsabilidad del usuario.

Esta vestimenta está diseñada unicamente para proteger al usuario contra un

contacto breve y accidental con las partes bajo tensión de un circuito de soldadura
al arco o corte plasma. Se requieren capas de aislamiento eléctrico adicional en

ambientes donde el riesgo de descarga eléctrica se incrementa con una tensión

que pueda superar 100 Vdc.

UTILIZACIÓN INCORRECTA

El nivel de protección contra la llama de fuego se reduce si la vestimenta de protec­ción para soldadores está contaminada por materiales inamables.

Un aumento de la concentración de oxígeno del aire reduce considerablemente
la protección de la vestimenta de protección para soldadores contra las llamas de
fuego. Conviene tomar precauciones cuando la soldadura se realiza en espacios

estrechos, si, por ejemplo, es posible que la atmósfera pueda ser alta en oxígeno.

Esto equipamiento de protección se ajusta a la clase 2 - A1 denida

por la norma EN ISO 11611 :2015:

- Clase 2: Alta protección contra pequeñas salpicaduras de metal

fundido.

El aislamiento eléctrica que ofrece la vestimenta se reduce cuando esta se encuen­tra húmeda, sucia o impregnada de sudor.

Toda protección del cuerpo adicional utilizada en complemento con estos productos
debe cumplir las normas apropiadas contra los riesgos de soldadura asociados.

Si el usuario sufre síntomas similares a quemaduras solares o que los rayos UVB
atraviesan la protección, conviene reparar (si posible) o reemplazar las vestimentas

afectadas. Se deberá estudiar la adición de capas de protección adicionales más
resistentes para los usos posteriores.

Para una protección óptima:

- El usuario debe comprobar que la talla de la vestimenta se ajusta a su cuerpo.

- Las mangas deben colocarse de modo que no quede ningún espacio no protegido

entre las mangas y los guantes.

- Antes de su uso, los productos se deben inspeccionar correctamente para detec­tar todo fallo de desgaste que pudiera reducir la protección del usuario (agujeros,
quemaduras excesivas...). En caso de identicación de una anomalía, el producto
se debe reparar (si fuera posible) o reemplazar.

MANTENIMIENTO

Estos productos se deben limpiar regularmente mediante un cepillo seco. El lavado,

secado o planchado no están aconsejados. Tras la limpieza, los equipamientos se
deben inspeccionar para detectar cualquier anomalía.

MANTENIMIENTO

Esto equipamiento se debe conservar en un lugar seco y aireado con una tem-

peratura superior a 5ºC. Evite toda exposición a la luz solar directa o fuente de
calor y de humedad.

ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕ НЕ ПО НАЗНАЧЕНИЮ

Степень защиты против пламени будет меньшей, если спецодежда для сварщи­ков загрязнена легковоспламеняющимися материалами.

Увеличение концентрации кислорода в воздухе значительно снижает степень за­щиты спецодежды для сварщиков против пламени. Следует принять меры, когда
сварка производится в ограниченном пространстве, где воздух может насытиться
кислородом.

Предоставляемая спецодеждой электрическая изоляция снижается, если эта оде­жда влажная, грязная или пропитана потом.

Любые дополнительные средства телесной защиты, используемые с этими из­делиями, должны удовлетворять соответствующим нормам против сварочных
рисков.

Если пользователь представляет симптомы, схожие с теми, что наблюдаются в
случае солнечного удара, или если защита пропускает ультрафиолетовые лучи
спектра В, спецодежду следует починить (если это возможно) или заменить. Сле­дует предусмотреть добавление дополнительных более прочных защитных слоев
для будущего использования.

Для оптимальной защиты:

- Пользователь должен убедиться в том, что одежда по размеру и хорошо при­легает к телу.

- Нарукавники нужно одернуть таким образом, чтобы не было незащищенного
пространства между ними и крагами (перчатками).

- Изделия нужно тщательно осмотреть перед использованием на случай обна­ружения износа, способного уменьшить защиту пользователя (дырки, прожоги
и т.д.). В случае обнаружения дефекта изделие нужно починить (если это воз­можно) или заменить.

ALGEMENE INSTRUCTIES

Voor het in gebruik nemen van de kleding moeten deze instructies gelezen

en begrepen worden. Voer geen wijzigingen of onderhoud uit die niet in de

handleiding vermeld staan.

Ieder lichamelijk letsel of schade, veroorzaakt door het niet naleven van de

instructies in deze handleiding kan niet verhaald worden op de fabrikant van het
apparaat.
Raadpleeg, in geval van problemen of onzekerheid over het gebruik, een

gekwaliceerde persoon, die u kan helpen om het product correct te gebruiken.

CLASSIFICATIE

Deze beschermende kleding voldoet aan de eisen van klasse 2 - A1
zoals gedenieerd door de norm EN ISO 11611 :2015 :

- Klasse 2: Hoge bescherming tegen kleine spatten gesmolten metaal.

- A1: Vlamverspreidend vermogen (in overeenstemming met ISO
15025, Methode A - Ontsteking van het gezicht).

BEOOGDE TOEPASSING

Dit product is bestemd voor het beschermen van de gebruiker tijdens MIG/MAG
lasoperaties, MMA, TIG, micro plasma, plasma snijden of zuurstof snijden, gutsen

en solderen.

Deze uitrusting beschermt tegen vlammen, projectie en het wegspatten van ges-

molten metaal en tegen stralingswarmte.
Deze uitrusting kan voor verschillende toepassingen gebruikt worden. Het is de ve-

rantwoordelijkheid van de gebruiker om in te schatten welke beschermende uitrus­ting adequaat is voor zijn specieke situatie.

Deze uitrusting beschermt het oppervlakte van het lichaam van de gebruiker gedeel­telijk. Extra beveiliging kan noodzakelijk zijn. Het bepalen van deze extra beveiliging
valt onder de verantwoordelijkheid van de gebruiker.

Deze kleding is uitsluitend ontworpen om de gebruiker te beschermen tegen een
vluchtig en accidenteel contact met de delen van een lasboogcircuit of plasma cutter

die onder spanning staan. Extra elektrische beschermingslagen zijn nodig in een
omgeving waar het risico op elektrische schokken groot is, bij een spanning die 100
V gelijkstroom kan overschrijden.

ONEIGENLIJK GEBRUIK

Het beschermingsniveau tegen vlammen zal verkleind worden als de beschermende
kleding verontreinigd is door ontvlambare materialen.

Een verhoging van de concentratie van zuurstof in de lucht vermindert aanzienlijk

de bescherming die het kledingstuk geeft tegen vlammen. Beschermingsmaatrege­len moeten worden genomen wanneer het lassen plaatsvindt in besloten ruimtes,

wanneer het bijvoorbeeld mogelijk is dat er meer zuurstof in de atmosfeer komt.

De elektrische isolatie van het kledingstuk wordt verminderd wanneer het kledings­tuk vochtig, vuil of doorweekt van zweet is.

Iedere extra lichaamsbeveiliging die gedragen wordt als aanvulling op deze pro-

ducten moet aan de geldende normen bij lasrisico’s voldoen.

Als de gebruiker verschijnselen vertoont die lijken op een zonnesteek, of als de
beschermende kleding UVB straling doorlaat moet het kledingstuk indien mogelijk
gerepareerd worden, of anders vervangen worden. Bij toekomstig gebruik zullen

extra beschermingslagen met een hogere beschermingsgraad moeten worden toe­gevoegd.

Voor een optimale bescherming :

- Moet de gebruiker controleren of het kledingstuk de juiste maat is.

- De mouwen moeten naar beneden gedaan worden zodat er geen onbeschermde

ruimte is tussen de mouwen en de handschoenen.

- Voor ieder gebruik moet het product nauwgezet gecontroleerd worden, om ie­dere eventuele slijtage die de beschermende werking van het product zou kunnen
verminderen op te sporen (gaten, brandplekken...). Wanneer een afwijking wordt
vastgesteld moet het product gerepareerd (indien mogelijk) of vervangen worden.

ONDERHOUD

Deze uitrusting moet bewaard worden in een droge en geventileerde ruimte, bij
een temperatuur hoger dan 5°C. Vermijd blootstelling aan direct zonlicht, aan een

warmtebron, of aan vocht.

CLASSIFICAZIONE

UTILIZZO PREVISTO

Questo prodotto è destinato alla protezione dell’utente durante le operazioni di
saldatura MIG/MAG, MMA, TIG, micro plasma, taglio plasma o ossigeno, scriccatura
e brasatura.

Questo dispositivo protegge dalle amme, dalle proiezioni e dagli schizzi di metallo

in fusione e dal calore radiante.

Questo dispositivo può avere dierenti applicazioni, ed è responsabilità dell’utente
di identicare il prodotto adeguato a seconda dell’uso.

Questo prodotto proteggone parzialmente la supercie del corpo dell’utente. Prote­zioni supplementari potrebbero essere necessarie. L’identicazione di questi dispo-

sitivi complementari è responsabilità dell’utente.

Questo vestito è stato creato unicamente per la protezione dell’utente da un
contatto breve e accidentale con le parti sotto tensione di un circuito di saldatura
all’arco o taglio plasma. Strati di isolamento elettrico sono necessari in ambienti
dove il rischio di scosse elettriche è elevato con una tensione che oltrepassi 100Vdc.

USO IMPROPRIO

Il livello di protezione contro la amma sarà ridotto se i vestiti di protezione per
saldatori sono contaminati da materiale inammabile.

Un aumento della concentrazione di ossigeno nell’aria riduce considerevolmente

l’ecacia della protezione dei vestiti di protezione per saldatori contro la amma. Si
consiglia di prendere delle precauzioni se la saldatura è eettuata in spazi connati

e soprattutto se l’atmosfera fosse arricchita di ossigeno.

L’isolamento elettrico fornito dai vestiti è ridotto se i vestiti sono umidi, sporchi o
impregnati di sudore.

Questo dispositivo di protezione corrispondone alla classe 2 - A1
denita dalla norma EN ISO 11611 :2015 :

- Classe 2: Alta protezione contro piccoli schizzi di metallo fuso.

- A1: Prestazioni di propagazione della amma (in conformità alla
norma ISO 15025, Metodo A - Accensione frontale).

Qualunque protezione sica supplementare usata in complemento di questi prodot-

ti deve rispondere alle norme appropriate sui rischi di saldatura associati.

Se l’utente avverte sintomi di bruciature o la protezione dai ragi UVB si è ridotta,

conviene riparare il grembiule (se possibile) oppure sostituirlo. È necessario pren-

dere in considerazione l’aggiunta di strati supplementari di protezione più resistenti
per usi futuri.

Per una protezione ottimale:

- L’utente deve vericare che la taglia dei vestiti sia correttamente adatta al corpo.

- Le maniche devono essere tirate in modo tale che non ci sia nessun spazio non

protetto fra le maniche e i guanti.

- Prima dell’uso, i prodotti devono essere correttamente vericati, per rilevare qual­siasi difetto di usura che rischi di ridurre la protezione dell’utente (buchi, bruciature
eccessive...). In caso di identicazione di anomalia, il prodotto deve essere riparato
(se possibile) oppure sostituito.
