Ce manuel d’utilisation comprend des indications sur le
fonctionnement de l’appareil et les précautions à suivre pour
la sécurité de l’utilisateur. Merci de le lire attentivement avant
la première utilisation et de le conserver soigneusement pour
toute relecture future. Ces instructions doivent être lues et

bien comprises avant toute opération. Toute modication ou

maintenance non indiquée dans le manuel ne doit pas être
entreprise. Tout dommage corporel ou matériel dû à une
utilisation non-conforme aux instructions de ce manuel ne
pourra être retenu à la charge du fabricant. En cas de problème

ou d’incertitude, veuillez consulter une personne qualiée pour

manier correctement l’appareil. Cet appareil doit être utilisé
uniquement pour faire de la transmission de donnée dans les
limites indiquées sur l’appareil et le manuel. Il faut respecter les
instructions relatives à la sécurité. En cas d’utilisation inadéquate

CONFIGURATION MULTI-MODULES

Le Smart Hub Module (SHM) est un accessoire permettant de connecter plusieurs modules (maximum 4) sur un

même chargeur Gysash CNT.

Installation

Pour que le dispositif SHM fonctionne, un chargeur Gysash CNT doit obligatoirement être branché en
voie n°1 (FIG II) via le câble SMC fourni.

Utilisation avec ou sans cordon secteur

Ce matériel est livré avec une prise 16 A de type CEE7/7 et ne doit être utilisé que sur une installation électrique

monophasée 230 V (50 - 60 Hz) à trois ls avec un neutre relié à la terre.

• Dans le cas où il y a autant (ou plus) de chargeurs que de modules connectés au SHM, la présence du secteur

n’est pas nécessaire. Chaque Gysash peu fournir l’énergie au module branché sur sa voie.

Pour bénécier de l’énergie fournie par le chargeur, un module doit être branché sur la même voie
qu’un Gysash.

En conguration Multi-chargeurs, il n’est pas nécessaire de connecter le cordon secteur du SHM.

• Dans le cas où il y a plus de modules que de chargeurs connectés au SHM, il est obligatoire de brancher le

cordon secteur du SHM, an d’activer toutes les voies.

Pour s’assurer que la voie correspondant à un

module est active, vérier que le voyant associé

est bien allumé.

Utilisation

S’assurer que le Gysash et les modules sont correctement connectés au SHM (partie Installation ci-dessus).

Allumer le Gysash et brancher, si nécessaire, la prise secteur du SHM.

S’assurer que les voyants correspondant aux di󰀨érents modules sont bien allumés.

Votre Gysash est prêt à être utilisé avec ses modules.

3. Calibration des câbles

Sur l’interface du Gysash

L’étalonnage des câbles peut se faire soit en automatique (recommandé), soit en manuel (uniquement écran OLED).
Cette procédure permet de calibrer les câbles de charge de l’appareil, an que le Gysash compense de
manière optimale les chutes de tension dues aux câbles.

FIXATION

Il existe deux possibilités de xation :

 au mur (vis non fournies)

Câbles de charge à remplacer.

Mauvaise connexion, vérier le montage (PHM).

Pas de communication, vérier le montage du SHM et la
conguration des chargeurs SLAVE X.

Câble(s) DB9 à remplacer.

Vérier que le Gysash Master est bien sur la voie n°1 du
SHM et les Gysash Slaves sur les autres voies

Pour rebasculer en fonctionnement avec un seul chargeur,
appuyer sur le bouton START/STOP, entrer le code admi­nistrateur et sélectionner OFF pour la fonction Multi-char­geurs.

Vérier qu’une des batteries n’est pas défectueuse.

d’oeuvre).

• Les incidents dus à un mauvais usage (erreur d’alimentation, chute, démontage).

MULTI-MODULE CONFIGURATION

The Smart Hub Module (SHM) is an accessory that allows several modules (maximum 4) to be connected to a single

Gysash CNT charger.

Set up

For the SHM device to work, a GYSFLASH CNT charger must be connected to channel 1 (FIG II) via the

SMC cable supplied.

Can be used with or without power cable

This device is supplied with a 16 A CEE7/7 plug and must only be used in a single-phase 230 V (50 - 60 Hz)
three-wire electrical installation that includes an earth.

• If there are as many (or more) chargers as there are modules connected to the SHM, then a mains supply is

not required. Each Gysash can supply power to the module connected to its respective channel.

To draw power from a charger, the module must be connected to the same channel as a Gysash.

In Multi-Charger conguration, it is not necessary to connect the SHM mains lead.

• If there are more modules than chargers connected to the SHM, it is necessary to connect the
SHM’s mains cable in order to activate all the channels.

To check that the channel corresponding to a
module is activated, conrm that the associated

LED is lit.

Usage

1

Make sure that the Gysash and the modules are properly connected to the SHM (see Installation section above).

Switch on the Gysash and, if necessary, connect the SHM to the mains power.

Make sure that the LEDs corresponding to the di󰀨erent modules are illuminated.

The Gysash is now ready to be used in conjunction with the attached modules.

3. Cable calibration

On the Gysash Master inter

Cables can be calibrated either automatically (recommended) or manually (OLED screen only).

This procedure is used to calibrate the charging cables of the unit, so that the Gysash can compensate
e󰀨ectively for any drop in voltage caused by the cables.

FIXING

There are two mounting options:

 to the wall (screws not supplied)

Charging cables to be replaced.

Poor connection, check assembly (PHM).

No communication, check SHM assembly and SLAVE X
charger conguration.

Replace DB9 cable(s).

Check that the Master Gysash is installed on channel 1
of the SHM, and that the Slave Gysashes are installed on

the other channels.

To revert back to single-charger operation, press the

START/STOP button, enter the administrator code, and
select OFF for the Multi-charger function.

Ensure that none of the batteries are faulty.

WARRANTY

The warranty covers all defects or manufacturing faults for a period of two years starting from the date of purchase
(parts and labour).

The warranty does not cover:

• Any other damage caused during transport.

• The general wear and tear of parts (i.e. : cables, clamps, etc.).

• Incidents caused by misuse (incorrect power supply, dropping or dismantling).

• Environment-related faults (such as pollution, rust and dust).

In the event of a breakdown, please return the item to your distributor, along with:

- a dated proof of purchase (receipt or invoice etc.).
a note explaining the malfunction.

Das Smart Hub Module (SHM) ist ein Zubehör, mit dem Sie mehrere Module (maximal 4) an dasselbe Gysash CNT­Ladegerät anschließen können.

Damit das SHM ordnungsgemäß funktioniert, muss ein Gysash CNT-Ladegerät über das mitgelieferte
SMC-Kabel an Kanal 1 (Abb.. II) angeschlossen werden.

Dieses Gerät wird mit einem 16-A-Stecker des Typs CEE7/7 ausgestattet und darf nur in einer einphasigen 230-V­(50 - 60 Hz) Dreileiter-Elektroinstallation mit Schutzleiter angeschlossen werden.

• Für den Fall, dass ebenso viele (oder mehr) Ladegeräte vorhanden sind, wie Module an das SHM angeschlos­sen sind, ist das Vorhandensein des Netzkabels nicht erforderlich. Jeder Gysash kann das Modul, das an
einem Steckplatz angeschlossen ist, mit Energie versorgen.

Um die vom Ladegerät bereitgestellte Energie zu nutzen, muss ein Modul an denselben Kanal wie ein
Gysash angeschlossen werden.

In der Multi-Ladegerät-Konguration ist es nicht notwendig, das Netzkabel des SHM anzuschließen.

BEFESTIGUNG

Es gibt zwei Möglichkeiten der Befestigung:

Para asegurarse de que el canal correspondiente
a un módulo está activo, compruebe que el LED
asociado está encendido.

Чтобы устройство SHM функционировало зарядное устройство CNT должно обязательно быть
подключено к выходу 1 через кабель SMC, прилагается.

Может использоваться как с сетевым шнуром, так и без него

Данное оборудование поставляется с вилкой 16 A типа CEE7/7 и должно быть подключено только к одно­фазной электрической сети 230 В (50 - 60 Гц) с 3 проводами с заземленным нулевым проводом.

• Если к SHM подключено столько же (или больше) зарядных устройств, сколько модулей, то сетевое
питание не требуется. Каждый Gysash может подавать энергию на модуль, подключенный к его каналу.

Чтобы воспользоваться энергией, поступающей от зарядного устройства, модуль должен быть
подключен к тому же каналу, что и Gysash.

В конфигурации Multi-Charger нет необходимости подключать сетевой провод SHM.

• Если к SHM подключено больше модулей, чем зарядных устройств, то обязательным является подклю­чение шнур питания SHM для активации всех каналов.

Чтобы убедиться в том, что канал, соответ­ствующий модулю, активен, проверьте, горит
ли соответствующий светодиод.

Убедитесь, что Gysash и модули правильно подключены к SHM (раздел «Установка» выше).

CONFIGURATIE MULTI-MODULES

De Smart Hub Module (SHM) is een accessoire waarmee u meerdere modules (maximaal 4) kunt aansluiten aan één
Gysash CNT lader.

Installeren

Om de SHM te laten functioneren, moet er een Gysash CNT lader worden aangekoppeld aan pad n° 1
(FIG ll) met de meegeleverde SMC kabel.

Te gebruiken met of zonder netsnoer

Dit materiaal wordt geleverd met een 16 A aansluiting type CEE7/7 en mag alleen worden gebruikt samen met
een enkelfase geaarde elektrische installatie 230 V (50 - 60 Hz).

• Wanneer er net zoveel (of meer) laders als modules zijn aangesloten aan de SHM, is er geen aansluiting aan

de netspanning nodig. Iedere Gysash kan energie leveren aan de module die is aangesloten op zijn pad.

Om te proteren van de door de lader geleverde energie moet een module worden aangesloten aan
hetzelfde pad als een Gysash.

Wanneer u heeft ingesteld op Multi-lader is het niet noodzakelijk om het netsnoer van de SHM aan

te sluiten.

• Wanneer er meer modules dan laders zijn aangesloten aan de SHM is het noodzakelijk om deze aan te koppelen

aan de netspanning, om zo alle paden te kunnen activeren.

Om er zeker van te zijn dat het pad dat ove­reenkomt met een module is geacitveerd, moet

u controleren of het corresponderende lampje
brandt.

Gebruik

Verzekert u zich ervan dat de Gysash en de modules correct zijn aangesloten aan de SHM (zie gedeelte Installatie hieronder).

Schakel de Gysash aan en koppel, indien nodig, de SHM aan op de netspanning.

Verzekert u zich ervan dat alle lampjes, corresponderend met de verschillende modules, branden.

Uw Gysash is klaar om gebruikt te worden met z’n modules.

Het etalonneren van de kabels kan automatische (aanbevolen) of handmatig (uitsluitend OLED scherm) plaatsvinden.
Met deze procedure kunt u de laadkabels van het apparaat kalibreren, zodat de Gysash zo optimaal mogelijk
eventuele spanningsverliezen kan compenseren.

CONFIGURAZIONE MULTI-MODULO

Il Smart Hub Module (SHM) è un accessorio che permette di connettere diversi moduli (massimo 4) su un unico cari-

cabatterie Gysash CNT.

A󰀩nché il dispositivo SHM funzioni, un caricabatterie Gysash CNT deve obbligatoriamente essere colle­gato nel canale n°1 (FIG II) attraverso il cavo SMC fornito.

Può essere utilizzato con o senza cavo di alimentazione

Questo materiale è fornito di una presa 16 A di tipo CEE7/7 e dev’essere utilizzato solo su un’installazione elettri­ca monofase 230 V (50 - 60 Hz) a tre li con il neutro collegato a terra.

• Se all’SHM sono collegati tanti (o più) caricabatterie di quanti sono i moduli, l’alimentazione di rete non è ne-

cessaria. Ogni Gysash può fornire energia al modulo collegato al suo percorso.

Per beneciare dell’energia fornita dal caricabaterie, un modulo deve essere collegato allo stesso
canale di un Gysash.

Nella congurazione Multi-Charger, non è necessario collegare il cavo di rete SHM.

• Se ci sono più moduli che caricabatterie collegati all’SHM, è obbligatorio collegare il
cavo di alimentazione SHM per attivare tutti i canali.

Per vericare che il canale corrispondente a un

modulo sia attivo, controllare che il LED associato
sia acceso.

Utilizzo

Assicurarsi che il Gysash e i moduli siano collegati correttamente all’SHM (sezione Installazione sopra).

Accendere il Gysash e, se necessario, collegare la spina di rete SHM.

Vericare che i LED corrispondenti ai vari moduli siano accesi.

Il Gysash è pronto per essere utilizzato con i suoi moduli.

I cavi possono essere calibrati automaticamente (consigliato) o manualmente (solo per lo schermo OLED).
Questa procedura serve a calibrare i cavi di ricarica dell’apparecchio in modo che Gysash compensi in
modo ottimale le cadute di tensione dovute ai cavi.
