PROTECTION INDUCTEUR BRASAGE
L’inducteur est d’origine protégé par une protection en bre de
silicate. Au l des chaues prolongées, elle se dégrade.
Dès lors qu’elle noircit, et plus encore lorsqu’elle s’ele, il est
nécessaire de la retirer pour coller une nouvelle protection sur la
surface de l’inducteur brasage.
Retirer la protection usagée à l’aide d’un cutteur ou d’une spatule.
Avec un cutteur, gratter la surface de l’inducteur pour retirer au
maximum la colle restée dessus.

Réaliser des points de colle, avec le silicone fourni, sur les zones
indiquées ci-contre.
Protéger vos mains avec des gants lors de l’utilisation
du silicone.
Positionner la nouvelle bande de protection précoupée (16 cm)
de manière à ce qu’elle couvre idéalement l’inducteur. Replier la
protection sur les bords de l’inducteur.
Maintenir une pression sur les points de colle pendant 1 minute.

Attendre au minimum 1h avant de pouvoir utiliser l’inducteur.

The inductor is protected by a silicate bre shield as standard.
With prolonged heating, it will degrade.
As soon as this shield blackens, or more signicantly when it frays,
it is necessary to remove it and glue a new one to the surface of
the brazing inductor.
BRAZING INDUCTOR PROTECTION
Remove the old shield with a cutter or scraper.
Using a sharp instrument, scrape the surface of the inductor to
remove as much of the residual glue as possible.

Using the silicone provided, apply dots of adhesive to the areas
shown in the diagram opposite.
Position the new pre-cut protective strip (16 cm) so that it adequately covers the inductor. Fold the shield over the edges of the
inductor.
Maintain pressure on the areas with the adhesive dots for 1 minute.
BRAZING INDUCTOR PROTECTION
Always wear safety gloves to protect your hands when
using silicone.

Der Induktor ist ursprünglich mit einem Schutz aus Silikatfasern

diese entfernt werden, um eine neue Schutzschicht auf die Oberäche des Lötinduktors zukleben.
SCHUTZVORRICHTUNG LÖTINDUKTOR
Entfernen Sie den verbrauchten Schutz mit einem Cuttermesser
oder Spachtel.
Kratzen Sie mit einem Cuttermesser die Oberäche des Induktors ab, um möglichst viel des darauf verbliebenen Klebstos zu
entfernen.

De inductor is standaard uitgerust met een bescherming van
silicaatvezel. Na verloop van tijd zal deze bescherming slijten en
minder eciënt worden.
Zodra deze zwart begint te worden, en vooral wanneer het materiaal begint te rafelen, moet de bescherming worden vervangen
door een nieuwe.
