This device is designed for the playback of audio signals. Any other use is expressly prohibited.

Make sure the device is protected from dripping or splashing water. Do not place any vessels such as vases on the device. These may be knocked over and spill fluid on the electrical components, thus presenting a safety risk. Do not place any naked flames such as candles on the device.

Make sure the device is adequately ventilated. Do not cover the ventilation slots with newspapers, table cloths, curtains, etc.

When deciding where to place the device, please note that furniture sur­faces are covered by various types of varnish and plastic, most of which contain chemical additives. These additives may cause corrosion to the feet of the unit and leave stains on the surface of the furniture which could be difficult or impossible to remove.

Do not use any cleaning agents as they may damage the housing. Clean the device with a clean, damp leather cloth. Never open the device casing. No warranty claims are accepted for damage caused by incorrect handling.

Controls on the top
SNOOZE Interrupts the alarm function; displays the day of the week;
displays the remaining snooze time.
Controls on the front
Sensor. Automatically adjusts the brightness of the display to the brightness of the surroundings.
HOUR/VOL To set the hour;
press briefly: changes the hours forward in steps; press longer: changes the hours forward continuously. In radio mode: increases the volume.
MIN/VOL To set the minutes;
press briefly: changes the minutes forward in steps; press longer: changes the minutes forward continuously. In radio mode: decreases the volume.
SET Activates the time setting, the day of the week setting and;
displays the alarm times.
TIME ZONE/ Activates the alarm interruption for the weekend; WEC activates the time zone setting.
ALARM 1 For alarm time 1: selects the alarm with a signal tone or
radio; activates and deactivates the alarm.
ALARM 2 For alarm time 2: selects the alarm with a signal tone or
radio; activates and deactivates the alarm.
