Please note the following information when using the appliance:

Never use the appliance in the bath, shower or over a washba­sin filled with water; nor should it be operated with wet hands.

If the appliance is used in the bathroom, always pull out the
mains plug after use, as water near the appliance can still consti­tute a danger, even if it is switched off.

Special features

Your device features an AC-Profimotor, which is known for its
durability. In addition to its tremendous heating power, on the cold
setting the AC motor generates an exceptionally cool air flow.

Also, an integrated ceramic system ensures even, gently drying by
infrared heat.

Settings

Your appliance has the following settings:

Blower level

– 0: Off
– 1: Gentle air flow
– 2: Strong air flow

Temperature level

– : Cool air
– : Moderate temperature for gently drying and styling
– : High temperature for fast drying

Cool shot

– ❄: Interrupts heating and provides a cool air flow

Operation

1 Thoroughly towel dry your hair after washing.
2 Put on the narrow nozzle as required.
3 Plug the power cord into the wall socket.

Note

Check that the mains voltage on the type plate (on the handle
of the appliance) corresponds to your local mains supply.

4 Turn on the appliance with the switch and set the required

blower level.

5 Set the temperature level with the switch .

6 If necessary, interrupt heating by pressing and holding down the

button (Cool Shot).

Note

Cool Shot interrupts heating and provides a cool air flow. This
allows you to fix your hairstyle better and more lastingly.

7 After use, switch off the appliance with the switch and pull the

plug of the mains cable out of the socket.

Note

Never wind the mains cable around the appliance, because
this can cause damage.
Please check the appliance and the cable regularly for visible
damage.

Cleaning and care

Pull the plug out before cleaning.
Never submerge the appliance in water.
Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the housing. Remember to clean the

air inlet grille occasionally with a soft brush to remove hairs and
dust.

Take off the air inlet grille and clean the filter at regular inter­vals. To do this, press the catch on the bottom of the air inlet grille
and pull it back.
