Ceiling Radiation Damper

Application and Design

The CRD-60 has been UL tested and labeled for protection of ceiling openings in fire rated floor/ceiling assemblies with fire resistance ratings of 3 hours or less.

Curtain Type

Standard Construction

Frame/Blades: Galvanized steel

(in gauges required by UL listing R13446).

Fusible Link: Replaceable 165°F (74ºC) UL listed link is standard, 212°F (100ºC) is optional.

Finish: Mill galvanized.

Blade Insulation: Non-asbestos UL classified.

Size Limitations

Minimum Size: 6 in. x 4 in.

(152mm x 101mm)

Maximum Panel Size:

CRD-60 24 in. x 24 in. (610mm x 610mm) CRD-60B 24 in. x 22 in. (610mm x 559mm)

Thermal Blanket Option

Ceramic fiber or mineral wool thermal blanket available.
