Step!1:!Configure!the!Z3!weight!indicator!for!use!with!the!RD3!Repeater!Indicator!
The!Z3!indicator!is!factory-configured!for!using!a!P R4!model!printer.!For!connect!it!to!RD3!Repeater! Indicator,!you!need!to!first!change!
this!c on figura tion! before! its! use,!following!the!ind ication s! contained! in! this!document.!Once!this!pro ced ure ! has! been! completed,!the!
configuration!is!registered!in!the!unit’s!non-volatile!memory!and!it!will!not!be!necessary!to!repeat!it.!
Press!key![M/BG]!to!access!the!configuration!options!menu.!
1. Press!key!à!to!move!to!the!rS232!menu!option.
2. Press!key!¿!to!validate.!The!visor!will!display!the!bAudr!option.
3. Press!key!à!repeatedly!to!move!forward!to!the!FOrN!option!and!press!key!¿!to!access!this!submenu!of!options.
4. Press!key!à!repeatedly!to!move!forward!to!the!rd3!option!and!press!key!¿!to!validate.!
5. The!visor!will!display!the!SAvE!message,!indicating!that!the!selected!option!has!been!saved!to!the!indicator’s!non-volatile!
memory.!
6. Press! the! ESC! key! repeatedly! to! exit! the! configuration! options! menu! and! return! to! normal! operating! mode! (weight!
indicator).!
