KEYBOARD DESCRIPTION

ON / TARE

Press this key to turn on or turn off the balance.
Use it also to zero the display reading.
To turn off the balance, keep it pressed for 3 seconds.

MODE

Press this key to select the available unit weight (kg. or Lb).
Once selected the unit weight, his symbol will appear on right side of display.

MEM

This key allows to save and recall the baby weight.
Place the baby on the weighing pan, when the weight is stabilized, press
the MEM key.
When display is at zero “0.000”, press again this key to recall the baby
weight saved on memory.

OPERATION

• Place the batteries.

• Press the ON/TARE key to turn on the balance, the display will show “0.000”.

• Carefully place the baby on the weighing pan, the display will show his
weight. If the baby is still on the plafform, the value will remain illuminat­ed for 10 seconds, after this time, the balance will automatically turn off.

• When the baby is removed from weighing pan, the display will again
show “0.000”.

• The balance will turn off after 10 seconds of not use.

• To recall the weight saved in memory, with reading display at zero, press
the MEM key.

ERROR MESSAGES

L o o.

Means that batteries are dead and they must be replaced immediately with
new ones.

E r r.

If this message appears, turn off the balance and turn on again without any
object on the pan.

CAUTIONS

• For comfort and safety of the baby, place the balance on a smooth and
solid surface.

• When displays shows “L o o “, change immediately the batteries.

• Keep the balance clean to ensure a good operation.

• If the balance is not used for a long period of time, remove the batteries.

• Place the baby in the center of weighing pan to obtain best results.

GUARANTEE

The scale is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a
period of 1 year from the date of delivery.
During the warranty period, GRAM PECISION SL will repair any product that
proves to be defective.

Limitation of warranty

This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from misuse of any product
or part. This warranty also does not apply to damage from overload or prob­lems arising from failure to follow instructions (Especially concerning the

MAINTENANCE TIPS).

The warranty does not cover shipping costs necessary to repair the scale.
Therefore, shipping charges to and from the repair location must be paid
by the owner.

DESCRIPCIÓN DEL TECLADO

TECLA ON / TARE

Esta tecla se utiliza para encender la balanza, para poner la lectura del dis­play a cero y para apagarla.
Para encender la balanza basta con pulsar esta tecla.
Para poner a cero la lectura del display, pulsarla y el display mostrará “zero”.
Para apagar la balanza, mantenerla pulsada durante 3 segundos.

TECLA MODE

Pulsar esta tecla para seleccionar una de las dos unidades de pesada dis­ponibles (kg ó libras). Una vez seleccionada, ésta aparecerá en la parte dere­cha del display.

TECLA MEM

Permite memorizar y recuperar el peso del bebé.
Situar al bebé sobre el plato de pesada, una vez su peso sea estable, pulsar
la tecla MEM. Cuando el display esté a cero “0.000”, pulsar de nuevo esta
tecla para recuperar el peso guardado en la memoria, seguidamente se ilu­minará el indicador correspondiente.

UTILIZACION DE LA BALANZA

• Colocar las baterías en su alojamiento.

• Pulsar la tecla ON/TARE para encender la balanza, el display
mostrará “0.000”.

• Situar cuidadosamente al bebé sobre el plato de pesada, en unos in­stantes el display visualizará su peso. Si el bebé sigue sobre el plato de
pesada, el valor seguirá iluminado durante 10 segundos, pasado este
tiempo, la balanza se apagará automáticamente.

• Al sacar al bebé del plato de pesada, el display volverá a mostrar “0.000”.
Si no se realiza ninguna otra operación, la balanza se apagará automáti-

camente transcurridos 10 segundos.

• Para recuperar el peso guardado en memoria, con la lectura del display
a cero pulsar la tecla MEM.

MENSAJES DE ERROR

L o o .

Significa que las baterías están agotadas y deben ser reemplazadas inmed­iatamente por unas nuevas.

E r r .

Si aparece este mensaje de error, apagar la balanza y volver a encenderla sin
ningún objeto sobre el plato de pesada.

PRECAUCIONES

• Para una mayor comodidad y seguridad del bebé, colocar la balanza so­bre una superficie lisa y sólida.

• Cuando el display muestre el mensaje “L o o “, cambiar las baterías
inmediatamente.

• Mantener la balanza limpia para asegurar su buen funcionamiento.

• Retirar las baterías si no va a realizarse ninguna operación en un largo
periodo de tiempo.

• Situar al bebé en el centro del plato de pesada, para que la precisión de
la pesada sea óptima.

GARANTIA

Esta balanza está garantizada contra todo defecto de fabricación y de material,
por un periodo de 1 año a partir de la fecha de entrega.
Durante este periodo, GRAM PRECISION, se hará cargo de la reparación del
dinamómetro.
Esta garantía no incluye los daños ocasionados por uso indebido o sobrecargas.

La garantía no cubre los gastos de envío (portes) necesarios para la repa­ración del dinamómetro.

TOUCHE ON / TARE

Cette touche s’utilise pour allumer la balance, pour mettre la lecture de
l’écran à zéro et pour éteindre.
Pour allumer la balance, appuyer sur cette touche.
Pour mettre à zéro l’écran, appuyer sur la touche “zero”.
Pour éteindre la balance, la maintenir appuyée durant 3 secondes.

TOUCHE MODE

Appuyer sur cette touche pour choisir une des deux unités de pesée disponi­bles (kg ou libres). Une fois choisie, l’unité apparaîtra à droite de l’écran.

TOUCHE MEM

Pour mémoriser et récupérer le poids du bébé.
Poser le bébé sur le plateau, une fois le poids stable, appuyer sur MEM.
Quand l’écran est à zéro “0.000”, appuyer de nouveau sur cette touche pour
récupérer le poids mémorisé, puis le symbole correspondant s’allumera.

UTILISATION DE LA BALANCE

• Mettre les piles dans leur emplacement.

• Appuyer sur ON/ZERO/OFF pour allumer la balance, l’écran affichera
“0.000”.

• Poser délicatement le bébé sur le plateau, l’écran affichera son poids. Si
le bébé est laissé sur le plateau, la valeur s’éclairera durant 10 secondes
puis la balance s’éteindra automatiquement.

• En retirant le bébé du plateau, l’écran affichera “0.000”. Si aucune opéra­tion est faite, la balance s’éteindra automatiquement après 10 secondes.

• Pour récupérer le poids mémorisée, avec la lecture du zéro, appuyer sur
la touche MEM.

signifie que les piles sont déchargées et qu’elles doivent être remplacées.

Eteindre la balance et la rallumer avec le plateau vide.

PRECAUTIONS

• Pour une meilleure sécurité du bébé, poser la balance sur une surface
plate, lisse et solide.

• Quand le display affiche “L o o “, changer les piles immédiatement.

• Maintenir la balance propre pour s’assurer de son bon fonctionnement.

• Retirer les piles si la balance ne va pas être utilisée pendant un long moment.

• Poser le bébé au centre du plateau, pour que la précision de la pesée
soit optimale.

GARANTIE

Cette balance est garantie contre les défauts de fabrication ou de pièce, pen­dant une année, à partir de la date de livraison.

Durant cette période, GRAM PRECISON, SL se chargera de la réparation de
la balance.

Cette garantie n’inclut pas les dommages causés par une utilisation im­propre, surcharge, ou par faute de ne pas avoir suivi les recommandations
écrites dans ce manuel (particulièrement de l’aparté CONSEILS POUR L’EN-

TRETIEN).

La garantie ne couvre pas les frais d’envoi (transport) nécessaires pour la
réparation de la balance.
