THIS PRODUCT REQUIRES ADULT ASSEMBLY. Follow assembly instructions carefully.
BASSINET MODE:
SUFFOCATION HAZARD Infants
have suffocated:
• In gaps between extra padding and side of the product, and
• On soft bedding. Use ONLY mattress/pad provided by Graco. NEVER add a pillow, comforter or another mattress for padding.
• Product can roll over on soft surfaces and suffocate child. Never place product on beds, sofas, cushions or other soft surfaces.
• FALL HAZARD: To help prevent
falls, do not use this product when the infant begins to push up on hands and knees, weighs over 15 lb (6.8 kg), or reaches 3 months, whichever comes first.
• The product must be fully assembled and installed, including four tubes, storage, liner and mattress/pad, before using. Always follow the instructions in the owner’s manual to set up the product.

CHANGING TABLE MODE:
FALL HAZARD: To prevent death
or serious injury,
• Always stay within arm’s reach of your child when using the changing table. Never leave child unattended.
• Do not use on the bed, counter or other surfaces.
• Do not use changing table as a sleeping or play area.
• Weight limit for the changing table is 30 lb (13.6 kg). Do not use the changing table as extra storage.
• STRANGULATION HAZARD:
• Never place baby face down on the changing table.
• Do not carry child in changer.
• Always keep objects out of child’s reach.
• Do not use product in an automobile.
• Do not use product as a car bed.
• Never leave child unattended.
• Never place a child under the product.
• To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy infants be placed on their backs to sleep, unless otherwise advised by your physician.
• If a sheet is used with the pad use only the one provided by Graco or one specifically designed to fit the dimensions of the product.
•ALWAYS use mattress pad.
• STRANGULATION HAZARD:
Strings can cause strangulation! Do not place items with a string around a child’s neck, such as hood strings or pacifier cords. Do not suspend strings over a bassinet or cradle or attach strings to toys.

FOR SAFE BATTERY USE:
Keep the batteries out of children’s reach. Any battery may leak battery acid if mixed with a different battery
type, if inserted incorrectly (put in backwards) or if all batteries are not replaced or recharged at the same time. Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (nickel-metal hydride, nickel-cadmium) batteries.
Any battery may leak battery acid or explode if disposed of in fire or an attempt is made to charge a battery not intended to be recharged. Never recharge a cell of one type in a recharger made for a cell of another type.
Discard leaky batteries immediately. Leaky batteries can cause skin burns or other personal injury. When discarding batteries, be sure to dispose of them in the proper manner, according to your state and local regulations.
Remove batteries before storing product for a prolonged period of time. Batteries left in the unit may leak and cause damage.
Recommended type batteries—alkaline disposables, 1-D (LR20-
1.5V). NEVER mix battery types. Change batteries when product ceases to operate satisfactorily.

3-A Position Handle
1. Slide button inside of handle up and squeeze.
NOTE: Start assembly with the handle in this orientation. If it is not in this orientation, follow steps 1-2.

2. Rotate handle until it clicks into place.

3-B Bassinet/changer Assembly
1. Lay bassinet/changer on floor with canopy facing down. CHECK tube is inserted in channel above mesh exactly as shown.
2. MAKE SURE that webbing straps between pad and leg hub are not twisted. Insert tube into the top channel of leg hub in head end of bassinet/ changer as shown. The metal button should be facing out when snapped in place as shown.

3. CHECK tube is inserted in channel

5. Flip bassinet/changer over so side with the canopy is facing up. CHECK tube with grooves is inserted exactly as shown.

9. CHECK that leg tube with handle
is rotated as shown, if not see 3-A.

10. Attach end of tube with groove on the foot end of bassinet/ changer into top channel of leg hub with handle. The metal button should be facing out when snapped in place as shown.

11. Attach other tube with groove on the foot end of bassinet/changer into top channel of leg hub with handle. The metal button should be facing out when snapped in place as shown.
12. Flip bassinet/changer back to changer side. Insert foot end tubes into the top channel of leg hub with handle as shown. The metal button should be facing out when snapped in place as shown.

12. Press down on mattress pad to be sure hook and loop tape is attached.

19. Place storage under bassinet/ changer. Insert tabs into larger end of channels in legs and press down firmly until they secure into place. Repeat on all four legs.
20. CHECK that tabs are pushed all the way down to the bottom of the channels in legs by pulling on them.

3-C Canopy
2. To open canopy, attach hook and loop tape on both sides as shown.
3. Attach toys as shown.
1. (A) Slide button inside of handle up and squeeze then (B) press button on top of handle. Rotate changer over to bassinet side. Press down on side of bassinet and handle to make sure bassinet/changer is locked into mode.

1. (A) Slide button inside of handle up and squeeze then (B) press button on top of handle.
2. Rotate changer over to bassinet side. Press down on side of bassinet and handle to make sure bassinet/changer is locked into mode.

1. Slide button inside of handle up and squeeze.
3. To open canopy, attach hook and loop tape on both sides as shown.

2. Rotate over to changer side. Press down on center of changer side to make sure bassinet/changer is locked into mode.

4-B Canopy
2. Connect strap on head end of bassinet to tab in center of canopy.
1. Disconnect hook and loop tape on canopy flaps from sides of the bassinet.

4-C Brakes • Frenos
1. Push tab up on all four wheels to unlock.
2. Push tab down on all four wheels to lock.

4-D To Use Vibration
1. Remove battery lid on the foot end of product, with a philips screwdriver and insert 1-D (LR20-1.5V) battery in module. Replace lid.
2. Vibration: To use vibration, slide button to left or right for hi or lo speed.

5-A Care and Maintenance
FROM TIME TO TIME CHECK YOUR PRODUCT for loose screws, worn
parts, torn material or stitching. Replace or repair the parts as needed. Use only Graco replacement parts.
TO CLEAN PRODUCT, wipe clean with damp cloth.
TO CLEAN FRAME, use only household soap and warm water.
NO BLEACH OR DETERGENT.
EXCESSIVE EXPOSURE TO SUN OR HEAT could cause fading
or warping of parts.

2. Separate hook and loop tabs and remove mattress pad from mattress cover. See label on mattress cover for proper cleaning.
