Listening to a CD

Using the headphones

1. Insert the headphone into the headphone jack.

1. Push the OPEN button and lift the lid up.

2. Place the CD in the unit label side up, close the
lid and press PLAY/PAUSE.

3. Use the VOLUME SWITCH on the side of the
unit to adjust the volume.

4. When searching for a song press the
SKIP/SEARCH + or SKIP/SEARCH - to locate the
song. To fast forward through a song press and
hold the SKIP/SEARCH buttons and release
where desired.

5. Press the PLAY/PAUSE button to pause the music,
press it again to continue playing.

6. Use BASSBOOST switch to enhance the bass
sound.

7. When done listening press STOP.

Note:

This unit plays CD, CD-R and CD-RW discs.

CD-R/CD-RW discs must first be finalized.

No sound is heard.

GENERAL

Press the PLAY/PAUSE Button.

VOLUME Control is set to minimum.

Adjust the VOLUME Control.

Disc is inserted but tracks are
not displayed.

CD PLAYER

Disc is inserted upside-down.

Insert disc correctly (label up).

Disc is seriously warped.

Use a new disc

Moisture has formed inside the CD deck.

Takeout the CD and leave the CD player open for
about an hour to dry.

Disc is dirty.

Wipe clean with soft Cloth.

Certains sections of the disc are not
played normally.

Disc is scratched.

Skip over scratched sections; otherwise, replace
the disc.

Disc is dirty.

Wipe clean with soft cloth.

Disc is scratched.

Use a new disc.

Power is not on.

Replace the batteries.

Programming your CD tracks

In stop mode:

1. Press the PROG button and the track numbers
will start flashing.

2. Press SKIP/SEARCH + or SKIP/SEARCH - to
find the desired track you would like.

3. Press PROG button again and it will save the track
you picked as the first track on your progam.

Repeat steps 2-3 to program up to 20 tracks

4. Press PLAY/PAUSE button to start playing your
program.

5. To cancel program press STOP twice or press

the OPEN button.

Note:

You can edit the programmed tracks or add additional
programmed tracks by following the steps above.

Battery Power

Use (2) “AA” size batteries (Not included)
to power the unit:

1. Remove battery door by pushing down on
tab.

2. Insert two (2) “AA” batteries as shown.
Alkaline batteries are recommended for the
longest playing time.

3. Replace battery door.

WARNING:
Danger of explosion if batteries are incorrectly
replaced. Replace only with the same or
equivalent type.

• Do not mix old and new batteries.

• Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or
rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries.

• Replace the batteries when the sound becomes
unstable or cannot be heard.

• When you are not going to use your unit for a
long time, remove the batteries to prevent
damage from battery leakage and corrosion.

Repeat and Random functions

1. Pressing the MODE button shuffles through
REPEAT ONE, REPEAT ALL, and
RANDOM.

Programando sus canciones del CD

En écoutant un CD

En utilisant les écouteurs

1. Insérez les écouteurs dans l'entrée.

1. Il pousse le bouton OPEN et lève la couverture.

2. Placez le CD dans l'unité avec l'étiquette vers le haut,
il ferme la couverture et pressez PLAY/PAUSE .

3. Utilize le VOLUME SWITCH à côté de l'unité pour

adapter le volume.

4. Quand il cherchera une chanson, pressez le bouton

SKIP/SEARCH + ou SKIP/SEARCH - pour localiser la chanson.
Pour avancer les chansons, pressez et sos _ ayez les
boutons SKIP/SEARCH et sueltelos quand il souhaitera.

5. Pressez le bouton PLAY/ralentissez pour ralentir.

Presionelo otravez pour toucher à nouveau.

6. Utilisez le bouton BASSBOOST pour rehausser le son.

7. Quand il terminera de toucher, pressez STOP.

Dans le mode de STOP:

1. Pressez le bouton de PROG et les chansons
commenceront à pestañar.

2. Pressez SKIP/search + ou SKIP/search - pour chercher
la chanson souhaitée.

3. Pressez le bouton PROG otravez et enregistrera la
chanson que vous elijió comme la première chanson
dans son programme.

Répétez les pas 2-3 pour programmer jusqu'à 20 programmes

4. Pressez le bouton PLAY/PAUSE pour commencer à
toucher les chansons programmées.

5. Pour annuler la programmation pressez STOP deux fois
ou pressez le bouton d'OPEN.

L’appareil ne lit pas

Insérez le disque correctement (étiquette vers le
haut).

Nettoyez avec un chiffon doux.

Disque a des égratignures.

Insérez un nouveau disque.

Disque déformé. Insérez un nouveau disque.

Ilyadel’humidité à l’intérieur de la
platine du disque compact.

Enlevez le disque compact et laissez l’appareil
ouvert pendant une heure pour que l’humidité
s’évapore

Disque sale.

Disque a des égratignures.

Nettoyez-le avec un chiffon doux.

Sautez les sections avec des
égratignures ou changez le disque.
