Many GM owners with Slave units (Cassette, Single CD, or CD
Changer) will be pleased to know that they can now upgrade the
audio system to support Bluetooth Audio Streaming. This requires
sacrificing usage of the Slave unit which must remain connected but
will no longer play. A wireless connection means no wires, clutter or
complicated setup. All the user has to do is install the adapter (to the
radio or slave unit), pair their Smartphone or Tablet and enjoy their
Navigation, Music Apps etc. on the car system. See Frequently

Remove GM Radio from dashboard to gain access to the 9-way
connector. (Vehicle specific radio removal instructions are not
part of this guide, but may be available upon request)
1. With radio removed, disconnect the slave unit 9-way plug
from the radio (See Fig.
