These instructions are for the installation and setting of the clock/timer.
Instructions on how to use and service are supplied with the boiler.
Note. The boiler Installation Instructions will be required should the clock/timer be fitted to an already fitted boiler.

"continuation of “Boiler Fixing”
Remove two of the fascia securing screws, see diagram 1.
Remove the control housing securing screw and cover, see diagram 1.
Fit the clock/timer bracket and loosely secure with the two previously removed fascia securing screws, see diagram 2.
Remove the control housing securing screws, see diagram 3.
Secure the control housing to the frame with one of these screws, see diagram 4.
Remove the 4 way terminal block from the top left hand side of the control box, see diagram 4 .
Refit the earth leads. Fit the clock/timer by pushing it into the bracket until it
clicks into place. Route wiring harness through the keyhole slot in the
side of the control box insert the "snap in" cable bush and connect to the clock/timer and 4 way terminal block connector, see diagram 5.

Remove the clock/timer blanking plate from the outer case and use the new blanking plugs supplied.
Stick the Casing label, from the loose items pack, to the right hand side of the clock/timer.
Note. Some adjustment of the clock/timer bracket may be required to allow for a satisfactory alignment of the outer casing.
Now continue with “Boiler Fixing”, as described in the Installation Instructions.
Basic Setting Instructions for SWIFTFLOW Digital Clock Timer / Style 1
Detailed instructions on how to set individual programmes are provided in the Instructions for Use.
General Description
The clock has 3 “ON” and 3 “OFF” periods each day. These periods can be set to the same time for each day or for different times each day. The clock features an “OFF” setting which allows the boiler to be switched off for a long period of time, take care when using this feature in the winter. An “ON” feature which keeps the boiler on for a long period of time. A “TIMED” mode which operates the boiler according to the three programmes a day and a “ONCE” mode which switches the boiler on at the first programmed “ON” time of day and switches off at the last “OFF” of the day.

Because of our constant endeavour for improvement details may vary slightly from those in the instructions.
Setting the Clock/Timer
With the electrical supply to the boiler switched on the clock will display the following:
Clock Setting.
1. Press “SET?” button. The display will show “CLOCK SET”.
2. Press the “YES” button.
3. Press the “-” or “+” button until the correct day of the week is shown on the display.
4. Press the “SET?” button, the “12” will flash on the display.
5. Press the “-” or “+” button until the correct hour is shown on the display.
Note. Make sure the “AM” or “PM” is displayed as required.
6. Press “SET?” button. The minutes will flash on the display.
7. Press “-” or “+” button until the correct minutes are shown on the display.
8. Press the “SET?” button. The display will show “SET PROG?.”
At this stage if you want to use the internal, factory set, programmes, simply press the “SET?” button three times. The display will show the current time and the clock will switch the boiler “ON” and “OFF” according to the following times.
