HARD MOUNT MEDIUM SPEED WASHERS
WITHOUT NOISE OR VIBRATIONS
Girbau’s hard mount MS 6 series washers reach spin speeds of up
to 600rpm (between 108 and 141 G depending on the model).
Maximum spin speed is achieved without either noise or vibrations.
These machines must be bolted down onto a concrete base or a
suitable solid floor.
To guarantee the best mechanical action, Girbau has investigated the
optimum ratio between the diameter of the drum and its depth as
well as made an analysis of the shovel action to ensure the maximum
amount of dirt is removed.
The Aquafall system has also been incorporated into 6 series washers.
Holes in the drum shovels allow additional water to enter like a
waterfall, making rinsing possible with less water and a consequential
saving not only in water but energy and products..
OPTIMUM TIME AND TEMPERATURE
MANAGEMENT
Considerable improvements have been made as regards time and
temperature management.
The Aquamixer system, a hot and cold water mixer, obtains very
precise bath temperatures.
Once the wash cycle finishes, the machine stops and the door opens
immediately, this together with a good sized drain are additional
features which contribute towards improved time management.
The electronic GDrive system also considerably improves control
as well as guarantees the best treatment for each textile. With the
connection of the washer’s microprocessor and the Inverter it is
possible to:

• Optimal management of the spin cycle

• Out of balance automated load adjustment
