Congratulations on your purchase of a GIANT CITY SPEED.
GIANT CITY SPEED represents the latest in design and
engineering, and also requires special care. While Giant Bicycle
engineers have used the best quality, most durable and lowest
maintenance materials for this CITY SPEED, you must follow
certain guidelines to attain optimal performance and proper
wear characteristics.

CAUTION

attempt to twist the handlebar/stem assembly. If
you can twist the stem in relation to the front
wheel, the bolts are insufficiently tightened.
