Overview
The Single-Channel Contact Closure fiber links transmit a single
channel of switch/status information or control-function signals.
251D models feature multimode operation, while 2251D models
operate over single mode fiber.
Programmable Outputs
Outputs are Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) reed
relays. A complete system consists of a transmitter and a receiver,
configured as standalone units or as rack cards.
Superior Diagnostics
The SMARTS™ diagnostic technology provides system status LEDs
that monitor the status of the data path and the optical signal.
