The HDUB4P is a 4 Channel Passive HD (Non-Amplied) Video UTP Transceiver that allows transmission of real time and high performance colour or monochrome CCTV video or HD-CVI / AHD / HD-TVI / HD video over UTP cable which is ideal for multi-point surveillance.

NOTICE
Transmission distance is related to wire quality. Please use standard UTP cable and coaxial cable.
RJ45 connector and screw push terminal connection mode can not use at the same time. Choose
only one of them.

7. Troubleshooting
1. Turn off the power of the camera and display before installation.
2. Check if the cables and display device are occupied.
3. Connect monitor or DVR and BNC connectorof the product over coaxial cable
4. Connect the product push terminal UTP cable connector or RJ45 connector and camera output port over UTP cable.
5. Check whether installation is correct, the device is good, make sure all connection is reliable, connect power cable, system is power on.
6. Make sure network is normal.
Please follow below if the device doesn’t work:
Check if its according to the manual.
If you choose RJ-45, make sure both ends of UTP cable are both the same (568A or 568B).
If you choose green terminal block, make sure cable of same colour be in the same pin.
Check all connections such as BNC, RJ-45.
Make sure the real distance doesnt exceed the allowed transmission distance.
Make sure the cables are good quality.
Replace the device at question by a normal working device.
If the problem still occurs, please contact the dealer.
