INSTRUCTIONS
STEPS TO PAIR WITH ALEXA
1. Plug in included adaptor (recommended) or insert batteries (not included) as instructed below. Make sure ON/OFF switch is set to ON position. Activate Bluetooth by pressing and holding the red button on the front of the plaque for a few seconds.
2. Open the Alexa app and go to Alexa Devices or Settings in the menu.
3. Choose your Amazon Echo device which you will pair with.
4. Select “Bluetooth Devices” and then select the “Pair a New Device” option to initiate the pairing process, or just select "Pair Alexa Gadget" to initiate the pairing process. Please note that this pairing process could take several minutes.
5. When pairing begins, find and select your Big Mouth Billy Bass-xxxx (BMBB) to pair. (For Amazon Echo Show and Echo Spot, use the Settings gear on the screen to locate Bluetooth and your BMBB.)
6. Once paired, your BMBB will let you know it’s ready with a special message.
7. Using Alexa on your BMBB is simple and hands-free–just ask it to play Amazon music or answer questions, and Alexa will respond instantly.

IF USING BATTERIES INSTEAD OF ADAPTOR, PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTION
1. Requires 4 AA batteries (not included). 2. Carefully remove product from package. 3. Battery compartment is located underneath item. See QUICK START GUIDE on the package to insert batteries. 4. Replace batteries if movement slows or sound becomes distorted. 5. Do not interfere with moving parts as this may damage your item. BATTERY USAGE: See QUICK START GUIDE on the package. 1. Keep these instructions for future reference because they contain important information. 2. May explode or leak and cause burn injury if recharged, disposed of in fire, mixed with a different battery type, inserted backwards or disassembled. 3. Products that contain non-replaceable batteries should not be disposed of in fire. The batteries inside may explode or leak. 4. Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (nickel-cad­mium) batteries. 5. Do not mix old and new batteries. Replace all batteries of a set at the same time. 6. Use only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended by the manufacturer. 7. Be sure to insert batteries with correct polarities and always follow manufacturers' instructions. 8. Remove exhausted batteries from product promptly. 9. Do not short-cir­cuit supply terminals. 10. Remove batteries before storage or extended periods of non-usage. Set the ON/OFF switch to OFF position when not in use. 11. Clean the contacts on the batteries and the device prior to battery installation. Non-re­chargeable batteries are not to be recharged. Rechargeable batteries are not recommended for use in this product. If rechargeable batteries are being used, however, please follow these guidelines. 1. Rechargeable batteries should be removed from the product before being charged. 2. Rechargeable batteries should only be charged under adult supervi­sion. SAFETY WARNING: Remove all plastic fasteners and tags. These are part of the packaging and should be discard­ed. NOTE: If using batteries and adaptor at the same time, adaptor will be the priority.
ADULT SUPERVISION IS RECOMMENDED WHEN REPLACING BATTERIES.
