• Electronic control panel can be operated both manually or is programmable up to 99 recipes

• Self-contained steam generator

• Large glass observation window

• 5” castors - two locking and two swivel

• Heavy duty hinged door with Flush front

• All stainless steel construction - interior and exterior

• Will fit through standard 36” doorway by removing front panels and door

• Voltage 208-220 volt 3 phase 15 amp branch circuit and 115 volts -

• 15 amp branch circuit
