7 R Open ended spanner with ring ratchet

For difficult screw connections. The open end is for loosening tightly-fitting bolts, the ring ratchet is for ratchet loosening and fast tightening. No more repositioning necessary - this is the modern way to tighten bolts. Fine toothed (72 teeth) and a very low constructional height make the 7 R range an indispensable aid in places where the normal ratchet is too large or clumsy. Astonishingly high torque transfer - the DIN requirements are exceeded. To use the spanner as bit ratchet the adapter 618 with 1/4" square drive can be separately ordered.

Forged hammer head DIN 1041 made from high-quality special steel, black epoxy powder-coated. With contoured ash or hickory handle DIN 5111 additionally shaped with a long and hardened steel sleeve. E 600 Spare handle ROTBAND-PLUS

Ash or hickory, with hardened steel sleeve, tapered collar, fixing plate and wood screw. With this standard wooden handle, according to DIN 5111, it is possible to convert even ordinary hammer heads, as long as they are to DIN standards, to a ROTBAND-PLUS-hammer.

Method: Hammer the handle into the hammer head until it reaches the casing. Drive the tapered collar into the centre of the handle. Fasten the safety plate with a wood screw.

Safety hammer with maleable cast iron shells

Interchangeable heads and hickory handle. Slots in the head and grooves in the shells provide an absolute safe connection. The screw is guided through the handle and connected with a selflocking nut. This provides highest safety.
