Re : After service procedure for FinePix S2Pro

Dear Sirs,

The after service procedure for FinePix S2Pro is as follows.

(1) If a camera has a malfunction and is sent back from a customer, all of the distributor must examine the

cause of the malfunction.

(2) If the malfunction is caused by a digital processing unit, the distributor must repair the malfunction.

----------(This procedure is the same in consumer digital cameras)

(3) If the malfunction is caused by “Camera body”

referring to the service manual.
* See the attached copy for the procedure. This procedure is written in the service manual.

(4) The faulty Camera Body has to be sent to the following address with “Malfunction report C”.

As for the “No. of Camera body
The Camera body number refers to the date when the body was produced

(5) If a malfunction camera body arrives at Nikon within one year from the date of the production, Nikon will

repair it free of charge.
