Specifications
The Frymas ter FPRE14-7 Full Vat/Half Vat electric fryer is
specially designed for non-t raditional restaurant operations,
to be us ed under a ventl ess hood. It fea tures the FootPrint®
Filtration Sys tem, which fits neatly underneath the fryer,
requiring no additional flo or space. This hands- off filtering sys -
tem sets new standards for cost savings, safet y, ease of opera-
tion and reliability. The entire filtering operation is automatic
and takes about 3 minutes to complete.

vat fryi ng area is 13-13 /16” x 15-1/2” (351 x 394 mm); ha lf vat,
6-1/2” x 15-1/2” (165 x 394 mm) and can be located on the left
or right side. The COMPUTER MAGIC ® controller assures pin-
point accur acy of shorte ning temperature, ex tending shorten-
ing life and producing a uniformly cooked p roduct.
Centerline temperature sensor m ounting permits i nstant
response to temperature drops caused by cold fo od placed in
the cook ing area. Computer Magic automatically adjusts cook-
ing time, and signals when each load is done. LED readouts
display coo king time count down, and provide precise frypot

temperature on command. It is simple to pro gram and repro-
gram change s right on the grease-proof cont rol panel. Self-
cleaning e lectric elements have low-watt densi ty for increased
reliability and extended l ife.
The swing- up, ribbon designed elements provide the best
possible e fficiency in tr ansferring heat. They swing up to
expose the open frypot, allowing every inch of the fr ypot to
be cleaned and wiped down by hand. The deep cold zone
catches cru mbs and sediment from the fryi ng area. These
particles are trapped in the cold zone w here they do not car-
bonize, cont aminate shortening or cling to f ried foods. A rear
flush featu re moves sediment to the front drain valve for easy
and thoroug h removal. If des ired, only the o ne-half size fr ypot
can be used during off-h our frying when traffic is lig ht; thus
saving ene rgy and prolonging shortening life.
This model is available wi th stainless pot and door, with
enamel cab inet or with s tainless pot, doo r and cabinet.
*Liter conversions are for solid shortening @70°F.

NOTES
Wire size specified at 60°C minimum *neutral required (4 wire wye system). This fryer is provided with two separate power supply connections, one for the full vat and one for the half vat (cords not provided).
CLEARANCE INFORMATION
A minimum of 24” (610 mm) should be provided at the front of the unit for servicing and proper operation, and 6” (152 mm) between the sides and rear of the fryer to any combustible material.
