1 INTRODUCTION
If there is a need to limit data to 5MB – 10MB per month, this can be done with certain settings
in the Solar.web tab of the Datamanager Settings section of the web interface. The settings will
only transfer archive data up to 4 times a day depending on the number of inverters.
2 SOLAR.WEB SETTINGS
Datalogging settings: Select 15-minute intervals for the least data usage. Selecting 5-minute
intervals uses 3 times the data but may be fine for single inverter installations.
Logging during night-time hours: Select No. No data will be sent during the night.
Send the service messages to Fronius Solar.web immediately: Select No. Service messages
will be sent at the interval archive data will be sent. Once a day for the daily setting, on the
selected hours for the hourly setting.
Send real time data to Fronius Solar.web: Select No. There may be a pop-up message saying
that time synchronization will not be possible with the setting. Just click OK.
Send archive data to Fronius Solar.web: Select Daily if you just want it sent once a day (least
data). Select hourly and check up to 4 hours to send data making sure one of the selections is
at the end of the day.
