Precision Inverter technology varies the compressor, the outdoor and the indoor fan speeds, eliminating constant compressor start-ups/shutdowns that traditional systems require to maintain the set temperature.

Soft start technology starts the compressor

with minimal amperage at start up, saving energy versus compressors utilzing locked rotor amperage (LRA).

This is especially beneficial in multizone systems where room temperature set points vary and some indoor units may be turned off in unoccupied rooms.

4-WAY AUTO SWING

BUILT-IN LOW AMBIENT STANDARD

Allows wall-mounted units to operate in temperatures as low as 14º F in cooling mode (HM09YJA and HM12YJA as low as 0º F). Concealed ducted and cassette models can operate down to 5º F.

AUTO CHANGEOVER (SINGLE ZONE ONLY)

Automatically changes over from cool to heat and heat to cool to maintain the set temperature.

Louvers will automatically move up/down and left /right to maintain a uniform room temperature.

TAPE MEASURE ASSIST*

The integrated “blade grip” securely keeps measuring tape in place. The ”blade grip” gives you a helping hand when installing the bracket to the wall.
