Time Mode
Press and hold D to activate home time DST (Daylight
Standard Time).
World Time Mode
1. Press C or D to select city.
2. Press and hold B to activate world time DST.
(Home city, selected in time mode, will not show world
time mode.)
Dual Time Mode
Both home time and world time are DST adjusted, but the
DST icon will not show in this mode.
Week Number Mode
Week Number vs. Date Lookup
1. Press C or D to display next or previous day.
2. Press and hold C or D to display next or previous week.
3. Week number definition:
• A week begins on Monday, ends on Sunday.
• The week containing 4 Jan is defined as Week 1.

Alarm Mode
1. Press C to select alarm 1, 2, 3, 4, and chime (on/off).
2. Press D to toggle on/off.
3. Press and hold B to set hour (digits will start flashing).
4. Press C or D to show next or previous hour.
5. Press A to set minutes the same way.
6. Press B when finished.
Chronograph Mode
1. Press C to start/stop chronograph.
2. Press D to split chronograph when it is running.
3. Press D to reset the chronograph when it is stopped.
Timer Mode
1. Press and hold B to set hour (digits will start flashing).
2. Press C or D to show next or previous hour.
3. Press A to set minutes the same way.
4. Press B when finished.
5. Press C to start/stop countdown timer.
6. Press D to restart the timer when it is stopped.

TIME
Your Atomic Watch will automatically update the time at
3:10am everyday, if unsuccessful it will try again at 5:10am.
To Manually Start Reception of Atomic Time
1. From Time Mode press and hold C - day-of-the-week
changes to “SEL” and flashes.
2. Press C to select receiving protocols. Corresponding icon
flashes: All -> DCF -> MSF -> WWVB -> JJY-> OFF ->.
*Your Atomic Watch will automatically try for all protocols.
If a protocol is found and there is a successful reception,
this protocol will be selected and used for the next
reception. If not, “All Protocol” will be tried on the next
reception until successful.
3. Press D (or wait 5 seconds) to confirm selection. Upon
confirmation, corresponding icon stops flashing and “SEL”
changes back to display day-of-week.
4. Radio logo and signal strength bar flash during reception.
5. Signal strength bar indicates signal power.
6. Each reception lasts for 15 minutes until successful reception.
7. Upon successful reception, time and date are updated.

*Please note that reception of the atomic signal is
strongest between the hours of 2:00am and 6:00am.
WWVB US Zone
There are 4 time zones in the US. If there is a successful
reception of the WWVB signal, time zone (E) will be displayed.
P - Pacific, Los Angeles
M - Mountain, Denver
C - Central, Chicago
E - Eastern, New York
Users will need to manually change the time zone, and icon
will be displayed accordingly.
1. Press and hold B to start home city flashing.
2. Press C or D to change city to your time zone.
*Please note that your particular city may not be displayed,
and that you should choose a home city that corresponds to
your particular time zone.
3. Press B when you are finished.
To Disable Atomic Time Reception Feature
1. Repeat step 1 to 3.
2. Select “OFF” and press D.

3. Radio logo will disappear and there will be no atomic
signal reception.
Time Setting After Successful Reception
If either time or date is adjusted after successful reception,
the signal strength bar will disappear and only radio logo
shows. This indicates the time and date are no longer
“atomically” corrected.
Auto DST (Daylight Savings Time)
• The atomic signal your watch receives includes the
DST information.
• If “Auto DST” is selected, DST will automatically be set by
the atomic signal.
• If “Manual DST” is selected, DST is selected manually and
will NOT be changed by the atomic signal.
• To select “Auto DST” or “Manual DST” enter time setting
mode, press A eight times, and select “AT” (Auto DST) or
“ML” (Manual DST).

To Set Time and Date Manually
1. In time mode, press and hold B to enter manual time
setting mode.
2. Press C or D to make changes to the field.
3. Press A to advance to the next setting.
4. Press B to return to time mode. The change sequence is
as follows:
• Home City
• 12/24-hour format
• Hour
• Minutes
• Seconds
• Year
• Month
• Date
• Month/Date format
• AT or ML (Daylight Savings Time)

TWO (2) YEAR
INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY
Your FOSSIL watch is warranted by Fossil, Inc.* for a period two
(2) years from the original date of purchase under the terms and
conditions of this warranty. The Fossil warranty covers materials
and manufacturing defects. A copy of the receipt or dealer stamp in
the warranty booklet is required for proof of purchase.
During the warranty period the watch movement, hands and
dial are the only components covered under this warranty. A
covered component will be repaired or the watch will be replaced
free of repair charges, if it proves to be defective in material or
workmanship under normal use.
In case of replacement, Fossil cannot guarantee that you will
receive the same model watch. If your model is not available,
a watch of equal value and similar style will be provided. The
warranty for the replacement watch ends two (2) years from the
date the replacement watch is received.
This Warranty Does Not Cover:
• Any defects in materials and workmanship of battery, case,

crystal, strap or bracelet.
• Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care,
accidents, or normal wear and tear.
• Water damage unless marked water-resistant.
This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident,
negligence of persons other than authorized Fossil sales or services
agents, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in
materials or workmanship.
The foregoing warranties and remedies are exclusive and in lieu of all
other warranties, terms or conditions, express, implied or statutory,
as to any matter whatsoever, including, without limitation, warranties
of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy,
satisfactory quality, title, and non-infringement, all of which are
expressly disclaimed by Fossil. Fossil shall not be liable for incidental,
consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages or liabilities of any
kind arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of this product,
whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict product
liability or any other theory, even if Fossil has been advised of the
possibility of such damages and even if any limited remedy specified
herein is deemed to have failed of its essential purpose. Fossil’s entire
liability shall be limited to replacement or repair of the purchase price
paid, at Fossil’s sole option.

Some countries, states, or provinces do not allow the exclusion or
limitation of implied warranties or the limitation of incidental or
consequential damages so the above limitations and exclusions
may be limited in their application to you. When implied warranties
may not be excluded in their entirety, they will be limited to the
duration of the applicable written warranty. This warranty gives
you specific legal rights; you may have other rights that may vary
depending on local law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Requesting Warranty and Other Watch Repair
Should you require work under warranty, please send in your
watch, a copy of your sales receipt and/or the warranty booklet
with dealer stamp and a description of the problem to the
authorized international watch service center closest to you.
For service work that is not covered under this warranty, the
service center may perform the services you request for a charge
dependent on watch style and type of work requested. These
charges are subject to change. Such charges will be notified and
agreed by you prior to performing the services.
Do not send original packaging, as it will not be returned. Fossil
highly recommends you insure your parcel and adequately protect

the watch during shipment. Fossil is not responsible for product lost
or damaged during shipment.
For repairs of your FOSSIL watch we recommend that you contact
an authorized Fossil dealer or the authorized international watch
service center closest to you.
