Press “Create an Account”. Select “Email Register”. Type in the email address you would like your account be assigned to. Next, type in the password you would like to use. Press Confirm.

If you have not used the Ani application before, you will need to create an account. Follow the below steps.
Scan the compatible QR code to download the app or search “Fortress Ani WiFi” in the App Store or Google Play.

CONNECTING TO WIFI NETWORK
In the application go to the “Device list” and press the “+” button in the top right hand corner.
Next, press the “I want to configure a new device” button at the button of your screen.
Enter your WiFi network password then press Next.
Press and hold the button until the panel says “WiFi configuring, please enter WiFi password on the app”. The light will start flashing white.
Press the “Start Configure Button”
A timer will start counting down from 60 seconds.
Once the ANI device connects the white flashing light will turn green.
In the Device List, click on the W1 device to use the application.

DEVICE LIST
CHANGE THE DEVICE PASSWORD
There are three options under the device list page; Bound Device, Find New Device, and Offline Device.
Click on any device under the “Bound Device” list.
Click the button in the top right hand corner.
Select Settings
Click on “Device Password” then type in your new password.
Lastly, press confirm

ARM/DISARM
SMART HOME
To arm in away mode, press the button.
To disarm the system, press the button.
To arm in home mode, press the button.
There can be up to 8 smart outlets on the ANI system. There is an toggle switch and an toggle switch for each outlet. Each outlet can be turned on/off by toggling the switch.
If you would like to rename each outlet, click on the outlet number and enter a new name. Press confirm to finish.

ALARM CONTACT NUMBERS
Adding Phone Numbers
Delete Phone Numbers
To add a phone number open your Ani Wifi application.
Scroll to “ALARM NUM” on your menu bar.
Press the Add One button.
Type in the number that you would like to use.
Press Confirm to finish.
If you need a number in front of the phone number, insert the * icon which will delay by 1s when dialing. For example: 0*12345678.
You can have a total of 3 phone numbers.
Open your Ani Wifi application.
Scroll to “ALARM NUM” on the menu bar.
Press the DELETE button.
Select which numbers you want to delete by pressing the red delete button.

ZONE SETTINGS
Remote Management
The Ani system has 1 zone for remote management (8 zones). There are 8 different zones for sensors, all of which can hold 10 sensors. Each defense zone can be armed/disarmed independently.
Open you Ani WiFi application.
Scroll to “ZONE SET” on your menu bar.
Click on “Remote Management”
If sound is turned on, the sirens will chirp when the system is armed/disarmed.
Click on the sound toggle to turn it off.
Open your Ani WiFi application. Scroll to “ZONE SET” on your menu bar. Press on the zone you would like to change the name of. Click on the icon. Select from the preset option or create a custom name. Press the button to finish.
Zone Name
There are 8 different zones that can be renamed. To modify their names, follow the steps bellow:

Zone Type
Open your Ani WiFi application. Scroll to “ZONE SET” on your menu bar. Press on the zone you would like to change the zone type on. Press on the icon. Select which zone type you want then press the button to finish.
Each zone can have their type changed individually. There are 8 different zone types to choose from. To change the zone type follow the steps bellow:

Needs to be triggered twice within 30 seconds to activate the alarm.
The sensor will cause the panel to play a doorbell sound
Sensor causes the system to play a chime sound when the system is disarmed
Open your Ani WiFi application.
Scroll to “ZONE SET” on your menu bar.
Choose the zone you are wanting to change.
Click the button to turn off any wireless sirens.
Click the button to turn off the built in siren on the Ani Hub.
Each of the 8 zones can have all sirens turned on/off or have just the outside sirens turned off. To do so, follow the steps bellow:
Alarm will be triggered but no sirens will sound.

Delay Settings
Each of the 8 zones can have entry and exit delays set individually. The change the delay time, follow the steps bellow:

Open your Ani WiFi application. Scroll to “ZONE SET” on your menu bar. Choose the zone you are wanting to change. Press the button to change the arming delay time (exit delay).
Press the button to change the alarm delay time (entry delay).
Ring Time
Open your Ani WiFi application. Scroll to “ZONE SET” on your menu bar. Choose the zone you are wanting to change. Press the button the change the alarm time. Press the button to finish.
Each of the 8 zones can have an alarm time set individually. The change the alarm time, follow the steps bellow:

ALARM LOG
Open your Ani WiFi application. Scroll to ALARM LOG on the menu bar.
All alarm events will be saved in the alarm log. To find the alarm log follow the steps below:
SCHEDULED ARM/DISARM
Open your Ani WiFi application. Press the button in the top right hand corner. Press the button which says “Arm Timing”. Press the button in the top right hand corner of your screen. Select the time you would like to use. Select which days you would like the auto arm/disarm to take place.
For example 1 = Sunday and 7 = Saturday.
Decide if you want the automation to be for arming or disarming the system by toggling the arm/disarm switch. Press “Setting” in the top right corner to finish.
The system can be set to arm/disarm at set times each day. To set what time of day you want to arm/disarm your system, follow the steps bellow:

SCHEDULED OUTLET
The system can be set to automatically turn its outlets on or off at a set time every day. To set what time of day the outlets are turned on/off follow the steps bellow:
Open your Ani WiFi application.
Press the button in the top right hand corner.
Press the button which says “Arm Timing”
Press the button in the top right hand corner of your screen.
Select which time of day.
Select which days the outlet turns on/off.
For example, 1 = Sunday and 7 = Saturday.
Decide if the automation event will be for turning on or off the outlet.
Select which outlet number will be effected by the automation.
Press “Setting” in the top right corner to finish

Open your Ani WiFi application.
Scroll top “MONITOR” on the menu bar.
Click on whichever camera you would like to view.
To close the live feed, press the button.
If you just want to quickly view your camera in real time on the Ani WiFi application, follow the steps below:

Open the N62 application.
Press the Register button at the bottom of the screen.
Register by either email or phone.
Login with the account you have created.
For details on how to sync camera, refer to the camera manual.
MONITOR
In order to maximize the features available with the Fortress Eyesight camera, an auxiliary application is needed. Download the N62 application from the Play Store for Android or the App Store for IOS. Once the application has been downloaded, follow the steps bellow:
Open your Ani WiFi application
Press the button in the top right hand corner.
Press the button which says “Monitor”.
The N62 application will open.
Select the camera that you would like to view.
Once you have downloaded the N62 application follow the following steps to get to it from the Ani WiFi application:

To receive alarm notifications, push notifications will need to be turned on for the Ani WiFi system. If enabled, the application will send notifications to your phone letting you know the alarm was set off.
Open your Ani WiFi application. Press the button in the top right hand corner. Press the button which says “Settings”. Press and hold the “Alarm VOL” button while sliding it side to side to adjust volume.

Press and hold the “Ring Times” button while sliding it side to side to adjust the ring time.

Ring Times
Open your Ani WiFi application.
Press the button in the top right hand corner.
Press the button which says “Settings”.
Select “Alarm Audio”.
Scroll through the list to select which tone you want.
Press the button to finish.
Alarm Audio
There are different alarm tones that you can choose from for the hub alarm. To change those tones following the steps below:
The Ring time setting adjusted how long it will take before the Ani system picks up when hooked to a land line.

BEEP VOLUME
The beep volume adjusts the voice/beep volume level. To change the volume follow the steps bellow:
Open your Ani WiFi application.
Press the button in the top right hand corner.
Press the button which says “Settings”.
Press and hold the “Beep VOL” button while sliding it side to side to adjust the volume.
Panel Name
The devices name can be changed to make managing your Ani WiFi devices easier to manage. To change the name follow the steps below:
Open your Ani WiFi application.
Press the button in the top right hand corner.
Press the button which says “Settings”.
Press “Device Name”
Type in the name you want.
Press confirm to finish.

Panel Password
If you would like to change the password for your device, follow the steps below.
Open your Ani WiFi application.
Press the button in the top right hand corner.
Press the button which says “Settings”.
Select “Device Password”.
Type in the password you would like to use.
Press confirm to finish.

Open your Ani WiFi application.
Press the button in the top right hand corner.
Press the button which says “Settings”.
To set manually, click on the date and time, then set the time manually.
To automatically set, press “RESET”
Panel Time
The panel time can either be manually set or automatically set. To change the time follow the steps below:
Open your Ani WiFi application.
Press the button in the top left hand
corner of the screen.

PANEL OPERATION
ARM & DIARM
All accessories will be active and ready to be triggered. When there is an emergency, (burglar, fire, gas leak, etc.) the control panel will alarm immediately. When armed in away mode, the indicator light on your Ani hub will be red.
REMOTE CONTROL: PRESS THE [HOME ARM]. PANEL CONTROL: PRESS THE [ARM] KEY TWICE.
Away Arm
During home arming mode, all motion detectors are set to be inactive so individuals can walk around their home without triggering their motion detectors. In this arming mode all perimeter and emergency sensors will be left active. When armed in away mode, the indicator light on your Ani hub will be blue.
REMOTE CONTROL: PRESS THE [OUT ARM] PANEL CONTROL: PRESS THE [ARM] KEY ONCE.
Home Arm
When your system is disarmed, only the emergency sensors will be left active. If the alarm is sounding when you press the disarm button, your sirens will stop sounding. When armed in away mode, the indicator light on your Ani hub will be green.
REMOTE CONTROL: PRESS THE [DISARM] BUTTON. PANEL CONTROL: PRESS THE [ARM] BUTTON THREE TIMES.

Press and release the button once, the indication light on your
panel will turn cyan and prompt, “Add remote control”
Press any button on your remote control.
The panel will say, “Add, successfully programmed”.
If the remote is already programmed onto the device, the panel will beep twice.
Press the or button to exit programming mode.
If Programming state is exited successfully, the panel will revert to a different color.
ACCESSORIES
ADD REMOTE CONTROLS
Add a remote control using the panel:
Open your Ani Wifi application.
Scroll to “ZONE SET” on your menu bar.
Directly below tap on “Remote Management”.
Press on any open remote. Your panel will say, “Add remote control”.
Press any button on the remote. Your panel will say, “Add, successfully programmed”.
Add a remote control from the application:
Note: A total of 8 remote controls can be added to the system.

DELETE REMOTE CONTROL
Press and release the button once, the indication light on your panel will turn cyan and prompt, “Add remote control”
Press and hold the button for 3 seconds. Your panel will say, “Set, successfully programmed”.
The panel will revert to previous color letting you know all remotes were deleted.
Delete remote controls using the panel:
Open your Ani Wifi application.
Scroll to “ZONE SET” on your menu bar.
Directly below tap on “Remote Management”.
Press the red “x” button to delete individual remotes or press the “Delete All Remotes” button to remove all.
After you press the delete button, the panel will beep once.

ADD SENSORS
Press the button twice. The panel will prompt, “Add 1 zone”.
While the light is still blue, trigger the sensors you would like to add to zone 1. Your panel will say, “Add, successfully programmed”.
To program the rest of the zones, 2-8, refer to this table:
Add sensors using the panel:
Open your Ani Wifi application.
Scroll to “ZONE SET” on your menu bar.
Click on the zone you want to add a sensor to. (A dropdown menu will open)
Click on the button.
Press any open sensor. Your panel will say, “add X zone”.
Trigger the accessory that you want added. Your panel will say, “Add, Successfully Programmed”

DELETE SENSORS
Press and release the button 2 times. Then press and hold the button for 3 seconds.
Your panel will prompt, “Set, successfully programmed”
The light will change back to its previous color letting you know all the detectors in zone 1 were removed.
To delete the sensors in zones 2-8, refer the below table:

Click on the zone you want to delete a sensor from. (A dropdown menu will open)
Click on the button.
Press the sensor number that you would like to delete or press the “Delete All Sensors” button. (Your panel will beep once)

ADDING OTHER WIRELESS ACCESSORIES
Add a Wireless Strobe Siren
Press and hold the SET button on the back of your siren (The light will come on and stay on).
Press the button to enter wireless accessories learning mode.
Next, press the button to turn the wireless siren on (this will send a signal to the siren syncing the two together).
The siren will beep 3 times letting you know it was paired correctly.
Press the SET button on the back of your siren to exit the programming mode.
To test, press the button to sound the siren then press the button to turn it off.
Add a Wireless Strobe From the Application:
Open the Ani WiFi application
Press the button in the top right hand corner of the screen.
Press the button which says “Settings”
Press and hold the SET button on the back of the siren (the light will come on and stay on).
Toggle the “Siren Switch” on the application (the siren will beep several times and the Ani Hub will alarm).
Toggle the “Siren Switch” back off and unplug the siren.

Add a Smart Outlet
Press and hold the power button on the Smart Outlet for 5 seconds (the light will flash then stay off)
Press the button to enter wireless accessories learning mode (The ANI device will say “Zero”)
Press the button again to add the first outlet. (The ANI device will say “One”)
Press either the or button to sync the outlet to the device (The outlet will flash several times showing it was successfully programmed).
Note: If you would like to add another outlet, press the button
vafter the device says “One”. It will move to outlet 2-8.
Press the power button on the Smart Outlet to complete programming.
Add a Smart Outlet From the Application
Open the Ani WiFi application
Scroll to “SMART HOME” on your menu bar.
Press and hold the power button on the smart outlet for 5 seconds (the light will flash then stay off)
Toggle the on/off switch to send a signal to the outlet (the outlet will flash several times showing it was successfully programmed)
The panel will also say “One On” or “One Off”
Press the power button on the Smart Outlet to complete programming.

CONTROL THROUGH LAND LINE
CALLING INTO THE MAIN PANEL
From your phone, dial the phone number assigned to the landline plugged into your Ani system. The system will answer and prompt, “Please enter password”. Once password has been successfully entered the system will say, “Password successfully programmed” Enter the desired command.

CONTROLLING SMART OUTLETS
From a telephone, smart outlets can be controlled 2 ways. The first way is to turn all of them on or off as shown above. It is also possible to turn each of them on/off individually by following the steps below.
The Ani System can be controlled by land line as well as application. If you don’t have access to internet, this is a great way to control the system.
After device password press # Input outlet number (1-8) Press 1 to turn the outlet ON Press 2 to turn the outlet OFF.
