Universal Cat 6 modules
eliminate bulky adapters

The new DSP-4300 gives you a set of uni­versal, compact modules that support many
manufacturers’ cabling systems. Simply
exchange the Personality Module (PM01 or
PM02) at the end of the adapter for an
easy, cost-effective solution with Cat 6
interoperability. There’s no more need to
buy bulky Cat 6 basic link adapters for each
cabling system.

Expanded on-board memory
stores full day’s results

Left your memory card at the office? Don’t
worry, the DSP-4300 has 16 MB of built-in
internal memory, so you can test and save
up to 300 full graphical test results to
350 MHz. Insert a 32 MB memory card and
extend this to 600 results. Using the
removable multimedia card allows you to
keep the DSP on site. Take the memory
card back to the office or mail card to your
customer.

Accurate cable ID download
saves time

No more clumsy and time-consuming text­entry to enter cable IDs into the DSP. Just
download the cable IDs from any applica­tion that can generate a text file: for
example, a labeling software, a database
manager, a spreadsheet, CableManager™
Software, or a third-party infrastructure
management package. Downloading the
cable IDs in advance saves time in the
field by eliminating the need to manually
enter cable IDs into the tester. It also
saves time in the office by ensuring that
test result IDs match exactly the cable IDs
in the company’s infrastructure manage­ment or labeling software.
