MOJAVE HEATER
INST ALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION! This system operates with HOT W A TER: Use all precautions necessary to ensure proper installation.
DO NOT use in the presence of FLAMMABLE liquid or gas.

Mount Mojave Heater with #10 screws and washers to retain unit in location. Use SAE 5/8 hose and clamps with water/antifreeze mix only.
Wiring Instructions
1. Drill a 7/16" hole to mount the switch. Be sure that there is room for the switch behind where you want to mount the switch. Also make sure that you will not damage components by drilling this hole.
2. Match the corresponding color wire to the terminals on the switch. (See Diagram A).
3. Run the black wire from the fan to a ground, using the ‘lug’ connector and screw provided.
4. Run a red wire from the ‘B’ terminal on the switch to the 15amp fuse holder provided.
Then continue the red wire from the fuse holder to the fuse panel, and a keyed
positive source. This installation will operate the fan only when the ignition is turned on.
5. Remove one nut on the switch and pass the end of the switch through the hole drilled in step 1. Turn the nut down finger tight, then with a 9/16" wrench, tighten another quarter turn, while holding the back of the switch.
6. Attach the knob.

Flex-a-lite products failing within 365 days (1 year) from date of purchase may be returned to the factory through the point of purchase, transportation charges prepaid. If, on inspection, cause of failure is determined to be defective material or workmanship and not by misuse, accidental or improper installation, Flex-a-lite will replace the fan free of charge, transportation prepaid. Flex-a-lite will not be liable for incidental, progressive or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitaion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. The Flex-a-lite warranty is in compliance with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act of 1975.
