#41124RV Ford Super Duty 03-07 Cooler Kit
Fits MOST Ford 6.0L Super Duty Diesels, 2003-2007
Cooler Kit designed for use with: Flex-a-Fit® #59074 Radiator AND #59274 Rad/Fan Combo If using with other products, modications may be necessary. (Note: Vehicle models may vary; review the instructions and components for compatibility with your vehicle prior to installation.)

Mount Cooler To Radiator
1. Slide t-bolts into t-channels on bottom of Flex-a-Fit® radiator. Position cooler bracket to driverside edge of t-channel and tighten nuts onto t-bolts. (Fig. 2)
Assemble Cooler Kit
1. Place GatorClips® around copper tubes of cooler.
2. With cooler inlets facing toward the left, place washer and bolt through each GatorClip®.
3. Turn cooler over and lay at on your work surface.
4. Place plastic spacers on each bolt.
5. With the J-return at the the top-right corner, place the cooler guard over the 4 bolts, facing the cut-out section to the top.

Attach Factory Transmission Lines
1. Cut factory transmission lines as shown. DO NOT CRUSH LINE
2. Double are cut factory lines.
3. Cut a portion of supplied hose to attach both factory ared lines to the cooler barbs. Secure with hose clamps.

4. Top o and purge transmission uid of all air and test.
6. Place brackets with the 2 mounting feet facing out and angled up toward the J-return. (Fig. 1)
7. Place nylock nuts onto bolts and tighten assembly. Loosely attach supplied ziptie through hole in bent tab.

Fife, WA 98424, Telephone No. 253-922-2700, warrants to the original purchasing user, that all Flex-a-lite products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 365 days (1 year) from date of purchase. Flex-a-lite products failing within 365 days (1 year) from date of purchase may be returned to the factory through the point of purchase, transportation charges prepaid. If, on inspection, cause of failure is determined to be defective material or workmanship and not by misuse, accidental or improper installation, Flex-a-lite will replace the fan free of charge, transportation prepaid. Flex-a-lite will not be liable for incidental, progressive or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specic legal rights and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. The Flex-a-lite warranty is in compliance with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act of 1975.
