Assemble Cooler Kit
#4110M4 Ford Mustang 1997-2004 Transmission Oil Cooler Kit
Fits MOST Ford Mustangs, 1997-2004
(Note: Vehicle models may vary; review the instructions and components for compatibility with your vehicle prior to installation.)

Mount Cooler To Vehicle
1. Locate factory power steering cooler between bumper and AC condenser.
2. Unbolt two bolts holding factory brackets.
3. Slide cooler bracket feet behind factory brackets and bolt with supplied hardware. (Fig. 2)
2. Put washer and bolt through GatorClips®
3. With cooler inlets facing toward the right, position brackets onto bolts so they angle down and the top mounting tabs are bent toward the outside of the cooler.
(Fig. 1)
4. Place nut and washer on end of each bolt and tighten full assembly together.

Attach Factory Transmission Lines
1. Cut factory transmission line. DO NOT CRUSH LINE
2. Double are cut factory lines.
3. Attach supplied hoses to cooler ttings with hose clamps.
4. route hoses through drivers side to factory ared transmission lines. Attach and secure lines with zip ties and remaining hose clamps.
5. Top o and purge transmission uid of all air and test.

Flex-a-lite products failing within 365 days (1 year) from date of purchase may be returned to the factory through the point of purchase, transportation charges prepaid. If, on inspection, cause of failure is determined to be defective material or workmanship and not by misuse, accidental or improper installation, Flex-a-lite will replace the fan free of charge, transportation prepaid. Flex-a-lite will not be liable for incidental, progressive or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specic legal rights and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. The Flex-a-lite warranty is in compliance with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act of 1975.
