Fisher-Price 71919 Instruction Sheet

• Locate the battery compar tment cover on the underside of the base.

• Loosen the screw in the battery compartment cover with a Phillips screwdriver and lift to remove the cover.(The screw will remain in the cover.)

• Insert three “AA” (LR6) alkaline batteries as indicated inside the battery compartment.

• Fit the tab on the battery compar tment cover into the slot in the base and close the cover.

• Tighten the screw with a Phillips screwdriver. Do not over-tighten.

Batery Tips:

• Do not mix old and new batteries.

• Do not mix different types of batteries: alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium).

• Remove the batteries during long periods of non-use.

• Always remove exhausted batteries from the toy.Battery leakage and corrosion can cause damage. Dispose of batteries safely.

• Never short circuit the battery terminals.

• Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.

• Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended in the

“Battery Installation” instructions are to be used.

• If removable rechargeable batteries are used, they are only to be charged under adult supervision.

• Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the toy before they are charged.

• If you use a battery charger, it should be examined regularly for damage to the cord, plug, enclosure and other parts. Do not use a damaged battery charger until it has been properly repaired.

• Please keep these instructions for future reference.

• Requires three “AA” (LR6) alkaline batteries for operation.(Batteries not included.)

• Batteries must be installed by an adult.

• Tool needed for battery installation: Phillips screwdriver (not included).

• Baby can stack the Bee-Bop blocks on any of the four pegs on the base.

• To build a wiggly Dancin’ Jitterbug, stack the Bee-Bop blocks on the center peg on the base.

• Press the button on the base to make Dancin’ Jitterbug move to the music. As the base rocks and rolls, so does Dancin’ Jitterbug!

Note! If the base doesn’t move or play its tune when the button is pressed, it’s probably time to replace the batteries!
