CARE AND CLEANING

BEFORE YOU FIRST USE YOUR OVEN
As your ovenis connectedto a power supplyfor the first time, a tone will soundandthe clock displaywill light up
momentarily.Theclockdisplaywill show,,,M12:00'andthecolon( : ) willflash. Next,setthe clock.

Thisclockhasadefault12 hourdisplay."_M12:00'will be shownwhenthe ovenhasbeenturnedonat thewallandthe
colonwill flash. While thecolonisflashingrotatethe SETTINGSELECTORuntilthe correcttime of dayis showing.Press

PREHEATING YOUR OVEN
Alwayspreheatyourovenwhenusingthefollowingmodes:TrueAero,AeroBake,Bake,AeroPastryandPastryBake.
Remembertopositionshelvesin the ovenbeforepreheating.
Whenyour ovenispreheating,yourselectedcookingtemperatureis displayedalternatelywith the actualoven
temperature.Whenthe ovenhasreachedtheselectedtemperatureanaudiblebeepwill soundandthetemperature
displaywill changefromredto green(stainlesssteelmodels)ororangeto white (Iridiummodels).
Preheatingyourevenisnot requiredwhen usingRoastandAeroBroi/.
TheAeroTechTM oven is equippedwith afast preheatfunction. InTrueAero,AeroBake,Bake,AeroPastryandPastryBakeit
will heatto 350%/175°C fromcoldin under10minutesandto 450%/220°C in under15minutes.
Note: If youwant to changetheovenmodeand/ortemperatureduringoperation,turn the ovenmodeandtemperature
dialsto OFFandwaitforthetemperatureandmodelightstoturnoffbeforeselectingyournewsettings.Thiswillreactivate
thepreheatfunction.

cookingandthis burnsoffandbreaksdownsoilandgreasedeposits.A smokeeliminatorandactiveventing
