Traditionally we cook by generating heat from one source,

such as a flame, and conducting it to another. The Fisher &

Paykel Induction Hobs work on a different principle. The hob

itself produces electromagnetic vibrations, which induce the

pot or pan to generate its own heat. The results are shorter

heat-up times, greater precision and a safer cooking surface.

obstructions and because Induction heats just the pot rather

Touch&Slide soft-touch controls are simple to use and

provide great precision.

Safe and Sound

This hob will alert you if it’s turned on without a pot or

pan on it, and will switch off if you don’t respond. It will

switch off if the pan being used isn’t suitable for induction

cooking and a key lock is provided for extra safety. We

use ecofriendly ceramic glass in the production of our

Induction Hobs without any arsenic or heavy metals used in

the manufacturing process.

Spillage Auto-Off

The spillage auto-off feature automatically switches the hob

off if spills occur on the control panel.

Extra Bench Space

These hobs are perfectly flat so the surface can be used as

an extension of your preparation area.
