Fhiaba’s wide selection of models for food preservation and wine
storage aims to provide fulfillment of the highest expectations in
terms of aesthetics and refrigeration technology.
Iconic and distinctive style, luxurious stainless steel finishes and
professional refrigeration systems are only some of the key factors of
the design and development process resulting in the comprehensive
range of models which give life to endless possibilities of exclusive
personalized refrigeration systems.

History of Fhiaba

In the early 70’s Antonio Baron established Friulinox srl, a manufacturer of
ultra-premium, professional refrigeration and complementary cooling
products for institutional use in laboratories and medical centers as well as
commercial refrigeration for the European luxury restaurant market.

After more than 30 years in the commercial market, The Baron family turns
its attention to premium residential refrigeration and Fhiaba is born. The
primary objective for Fhiaba is to be the first premium commercial
refrigeration company to develop a North American style built-in refrigerator
for the home. Where others build residential refrigerators with a commercial
look, Fhiaba’s goal was to build a refrigerator that encompassed all the key
features that have been critical to their professional consumers such as;
extremely hygienic interiors, ease of cleaning to remove bacteria, accurate
temperature control, extended preservation, extended operating life and
durability, and minimal operating noise and vibrations. Fhiaba achieves this
in a package that has an attention to detail and a fit and finish that can
only be described as the pinnacle of Italian design.

Professional Per formance

Fhiaba’s refrigeration technology comprises independent cooling
systems for each of the compartments, with a continuous and precise
electronic system to control temperature and humidity levels.
Fhiaba's ProPerformance technology guarantees an even distribution of
the cold air flow, while stainless steel and aluminium minimize the
impacts that sudden temperature and humidity changes can have on
stored items.
The advanced refrigeration system designed by Fhiaba allows the user to
choose settings for each individual compartment, therefore creating the
optimum conditions for the finest foods and the most precious wines.

StandPlus

FM24BWR-RGS

The StandPlus Series products offer unmatched freedom
of positioning as free-standing or built-in installations
thanks to Fhiaba’s advanced technical solutions and to
its proportioned and elegant design features, which will
enhance the fi nest interiors.
Models from this series are available for food or wine
preservation, with two or three separate temperature zones,
and in three widths: 36" for food preservation appliances,
24" for wine cellars.
All models are equipped with Fhiaba's TriMode™ bottom
drawer.

Models with three separate temperature zones include
Fresco drawers in the fridge interior or a dedicated Riserva™
section in wine cellars. Units can be combined to create
complete food and wine preservation systems, which can
be installed as built-in or in a free-standing confi guration
removing the need for surrounding cabinetwork or trims.
Models from the StandPlus Series can be combined to create
a custom confi guration and thanks to their modern and
distinctive lines will create elegant and refi ned surroundings.

TriMode

Fridge, Fresco or Freezer: choose the
function of the bottom drawer through
Fhiaba Access menu and modify the
operating temperature.
This adds fl exibility, especially if
multiple units are combined in one
installation.

Soft closing systems

State-of-the-art mechanisms ensure
silent and soft closing of doors and
drawers, every time and with the
minimal effort.

Shopping

By selecting the Shopping function
for the Fridge or TriMode™ drawer,
the refrigerator will be ready to
accept large quantities of ambient
temperature product and quickly
bring them to a safe preservation
temperature.

Antibacterial interiors

Stainless steel interiors are treated
mechanically to reach maximum
smoothness and inhibit bacteria
growth. Absence of sharp corners
and interstices simplifi es cleaning,
eliminating spots where food debris
could be hard-to-reach.

Three layers
of protection

Fhiaba Wine Cellars are the only ones
featuring a triple-paned bronzed
glass door to guarantee maximum
protection from UV rays and sudden
temperature changes of the external
environment.

X-Pro

The latest addition to the Fhiaba range, X-Pro models can
transform any interior into a state-of-the-art professional
kitchen, worthy of professional chefs.
The X-Pro design, featuring a heavy-duty top ventilation
grille and strong tubular stainless steel handles, has been
developed to satisfy requests for a professional-grade
kitchen at home, which refl ects the highly technological
features of the refrigeration system within each Fhiaba.

Models from this series are available for food or wine
preservation, in three different widths: 24" for wine cellars
and 24", 30" or 36" for food preservation units.
All models are equipped with Fhiaba’s TriMode™ bottom­drawer and a large fridge compartment featuring two
LowTemp™ stainless steel drawers, dedicated to fresh
food preservation, such as fruits and vegetables, dairy,
meat and fi sh.

OptiView™

Two LED arrays light the refrigerator
from above, while individual spot
lights illuminate distinct areas of the
fridge compartment, Fresco and
TriMode drawers. LED lights are virtually
everlasting with minimum energy
consumption.

EvenLift™

EvenLift™ shelves, a standard fi tting
on all models, can be adjusted at any
height of the fridge compartment,
thanks to Fhiaba’s patented sliding
device. Shelves can be rearranged
in just a few seconds, without removing
them from the fridge or emptying them
of their contents.

Anti-Vibration

Full protection from vibration thanks
to the effective compressor insulation
and by soft closing systems on each
and every wooden shelf to protect
bottles from shocks.

Ice Cubes
Dimensions

Through the Ice Maker menu it is
possible to select the dimension of the
ice cubes between two sizes: Large or
Medium.

Vacation

In order to minimize energy
consumption during short vacation
periods, activation of the Vacation
function is highly suggested. It will
limit compressors’ work to optimize
preservation and consumption. User
can select the length of vacation
period.

showcases a stylish, individual and unique environment,
Fhiaba developed the Integrated series. All models are
equipped with unique technical solutions which allow for
complete integration of the product while maintaining
the Fhiaba characteristics of space, functionality and
superior design.
Integrated series models are available for both food and
wine preservation, with two or three separate temperature

zones, in three different widths: 24" for wine cellars, 24",

30" and 36" for food preservation.

Fresco drawers and one bottom drawer, while models
with two separate temperature zones are available with
one or two bottom drawers. Single temperature zone

and design. Its self-balancing
movement guarantees stability and

Total No Frost

100% automatic system that eliminates
the need for Fridge, Fresco and Freezer
manual defrosting. It also allows a
quicker return to normal operating
temperature thanks to a signifi cant
refrigerating speed.

Riserva™

Not a simple wine cooler: thanks to
its precise temperature and humidity
levels control system, Fhiaba’s Riserva
compartment is suitable for the
preservation and aging of fi ne red
wines.

TriPro™

Two compressors and three
evaporators are the heart of Fhiaba’s
triple refrigeration system which,
in combination with compartment
separation, guarantees maximum
freshness, preserving each food
product at dedicated temperatures.

ProVent™

Independent ventilation in each
compartment and an even
distribution of the cold air fl ow allow
for uniform temperatures ensuring
better preservation conditions.
