Upozornění : Elektrická bezpečnost

Rohož musí být instalována podle instrukcí firmy Fenix Slovensko. Dodržujte tato důležitá
upozornění, aby se zabránilo vzniku požáru nebo úrazu elektrickým proudem.

Tento spotřebič mohou používat děti ve věku 8 let a osoby se sníženými fyzickými, smyslovými
nebo mentálními schopnostmi nebo nedostatkem zkušeností a znalostí, pokud jsou pod dozorem
nebo byli poučeni o používání spotřebiče bezpečným způsobem a
rozumí případným nebezpečím.
Děti si se spotřebičem nesmějí hrát. Čištění a údržbu vykonávanou uživatelem nesmí vykonávat děti

bez dozoru.

Upozornění: Zajištění trvalé ochrany před úrazem elektrickým proudem:

a) kvalifikovaný elektrotechnik musí nainstalovat zásuvku pro venkovní použití, chráněnou před

deštěm a sněhem v blízkosti, kde bude topná rohož W-Mat napojena.

b) uložte a veďte napájecí vodič od otopné rohože tak, aby byl chráněn před poškozením.
c) nepoužívejte prodlužovací šňůry.
d) zkontrolujte přívodní vodič před zapojením do zásuvky 230 V.
e) jestliže topnou rohož W-Mat nepoužíváte, vytáhněte přívodní šňůru ze zásuvky 230 V.
f) odložte topnou rohož W-Mat po zimním provozu mimo dosah dětí.

 Síťovou šňůru nelze vyměňovat. Pokud je šňůra poškozena, spotřebič by se měl znehodnotit.
 Nepřipojujte topnou rohož když je srolovaná
 Nepoužívejte topnou rohož při vyšší teplotě okolí než + 18 ° C
 Nestříhejte, neřežte a ani jiným způsobem neupravujte topnou rohož
 Nekráčejte po topné rohoži pokud není kompletně nainstalována
 Nepřipojujte topnou rohož do poškozené zásuvky.
 Neinstalujte topnou rohož na hrubé, ostré nečistoty a štěrkový povrch.
 Pravidelně kontrolujte topnou rohož, zda není poškozená nebo nadměrně opotřebovaná.

Pokud najdete poškození je třeba topnou gumovou rohož odpojit a zlikvidovat.

 Nepoužívat pro domácí a hospodářská zvířata.

Důležité: Veškeré informace v tomto návodu jsou považovány za spolehlivé. Uživatelé však musí

nezávisle posoudit vhodnost použití topné gumové rohoži pro její použití v příslušné

aplikaci.

1. Rozbalení

Před prvním použitím si důkladně přečtěte návod a pak topnou rohož W-Mat přeneste na
místo, kde ji budete používat a tam ji rozbalte a vyrolujte. Návod si uschovejte pro případnou
další potřebu.

2. Instalace

Topná rohož musí být nainstalována na rovných a čistých plochách, může být použita při
okolní teplotě -25 ° C až + 18°C.

Rohož není určena pro použití na stupnice schodů!

3. Příprava plochy pro položení rohože W-Mat

Vyčistěte plochu, kde bude topná rohož položena, ujistěte se, že se tam nenacházejí kameny,
sklo, vyčnívající hřebíky a jiné ostré předměty, které by mohly poškodit spodní část rohože. Na
takto připravený povrch nainstalujte rohož do konečné polohy.

4. Zvlnění topné rohože W-Mat.

Pokud je po rozbalení rohož zvlněná, postupujte následovně:

Vyrovnejte napájecí přívodní šňůru ve směru napájecího místa, rohož položte na
požadované místo. Při nízkých okolních teplotách nemusí mít rohož dokonale rovný
povrch, je zvlněná. Napojte rohož do zásuvky, při ohřevu dochází k jejímu postupnému
vyrovnávání. Po vyrovnání položte rohož do konečné polohy a zafixujte.

5. Zabezpečení topné rohože .

Zajistěte ochranu přívodního vodiče proti zakopnutí a mechanickému poškození.

6. Testování přívodního vodiče a bezpečnostního zařízení.

Z bezpečnostních důvodů je topná rohož vybavena proudovým chráničem s vidlicí s
jmenovitým vypínacím proudem I Δn ≤ 30mA. Toto zařízení vypne napájení a zabrání
požáru a úrazu elektrickým proudem, pokud je topná rohož poškozena. Před tím, než

bude topná rohož nainstalována a použita dle návodu, je nezbytné provést test
bezpečnostního zařízení - chrániče.

a) Vyhledejte na proudovém chrániči testovací a resetovací tlačítko.
b) Připojte napájecí vodič do elektrické zásuvky. Stiskněte tlačítko RESET. Kontrolka

bude svítit.

c) Stiskněte tlačítko TEST, kontrolka zhasne.
d) Stiskněte tlačítko RESET, kontrolka bude opět svítit.
e) Pokud kontrolka nesvítí, zkontrolujte, zda je napětí v zásuvce.
f) Pokud proudový chránič stále nefunguje, kontaktujte firmu FENIX Slovensko

7. Čištění rohože W-Mat.

Po ukončení používání je třeba topnou rohož očistit běžnými dostupnými čistícími
prostředky na podlahu. Navlhčeným hadrem v roztoku s čisticím prostředkem omyjte
povrch topné rohože a zbavte ji nečistot.

K čištění nepoužívejte ředidla a rozpouštědla.

Přibližné povrchové teploty topné rohože W-mat v ustáleném stavu, cca po 1 hodině provozu.

* dosažené teploty se mohou lišit dle skladby konstrukce pod topnou rohoží W-MAT
Pro urychlení náběhu a možné dosažení vyšších povrchových teplot rohože W-MAT je

možné ji podložit vhodnou tepelnou izolací (například F-BOARD).

Záruční podmínky

Dodavatel poskytuje na výrobek záruku 24 měsíců od data prodeje. Záruka se nevztahuje
na závady způsobené dopravou, nedbalý manipulací a neodbornou montáží. Záruka se
rovněž nevztahuje na běžné opotřebení výrobku. Jakýkoliv zásah do výrobku je považován

Warning: Electrical hazard

The mat must be installed according to the instructions provided by Fenix Slovakia. Adhere to these
important instructions in order to prevent electrical fires or injuries.

The mat can be used by children of 8 years and over, as well as by persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or insufficient experience or knowledge, providing they are under
supervision or have at least been instructed in the safe use of the appliance, and have understood the
dangers involved with such use. Children must not play with the appliance. Children must not clean
or maintain the appliance without supervision.

Warning: How to ensure permanent protection against electrical injuries:

a) the electrical socket for outdoor use must be installed by a qualified electrician in a location

protected against rain and snow in close proximity to the proposed location of the heated
rubber mat.

b) place and lay the supply lead from the heated rubber mat in such a way that it is protected

against damage.

c) do not use extension leads.
d) check the supply lead before connecting it to the 230 V electrical socket.
e) if you are not using the heated rubber mat, disconnect the supply lead from the 230 V socket.
f) when not using the heated rubber mat, store it out of the reach of children.

 the supply lead must not be replaced. If the lead is damaged, the appliance should be

discarded.

 do not connect the heated rubber mat to a power supply while it is rolled up.
 do not use the heated rubber mat at ambient temperatures higher than + 18°C.
 do not cut through or into the heated rubber mat, or make any other alterations to it of

any kind.

 do not walk on the heated rubber mat until it has been completely installed.
 do not connect the heated rubber mat to a damaged electrical socket.
 do not install the heated rubber mat on rough dirt or a gravelly surface.
 check the heated rubber mat regularly to ensure it has not suffered excessive wear and

tear or been damaged. If the heated rubber mat is found to be damaged, it must be
disconnected and destroyed.

 do not use in areas with pets or domesticated animals.

Important: All information in this manual is considered to be reliable. However, the user must
decide whether the use of heated rubber mats is advisable under a given set of circumstances.

1. Unpacking

Read the manual carefully before using the heated rubber mat for the first time, and then take the
mat to the place where it is to be used, and unpack it there. Keep the instructions for future
reference.

2. Installation

Heated rubber mats must be installed on a clean and level surface. Heated rubber mats can be
used at temperatures from – 25°C to +18°C.

Heated rubber mats are not for use on steps!

3. Cleaning of the surface on which the heated rubber mat is to be placed

Clean the surface on which the heated rubber mat is to be placed, and make sure no stones or
glass are present, or nails or other sharp objects sticking out which could damage the underside
of the heated rubber mat. Once the surface has been prepared, install the mat there in its final
position.

4. Flattening heated rubber mats

After unpacking the heated rubber mat, if it won’t lie flat follow these steps: straighten the supply
lead in the direction of the point of connection. Place the heated rubber mat where it is to be
used. At low ambient temperatures the heated rubber mat may not be completely flat. Connect
the heated rubber mat – as it warms up, it will gradually flatten itself. Once it is completely flat,
place it exactly in the final position required and fix it there.

5. Protecting the heated rubber mat

Ensure that it is not possible for people to trip over the supply lead, and protect it against sources
of physical damage. The heated rubber mat must be installed on a homogenous level and clean
surface. If the mat is placed on a non-level surface, there is a risk that the heating foil may
become damaged and electrical injuries may occur.
Use of the mat when it is still rolled up, while it is covered by foreign objects or when ambient
temperatures are above +18°C creates an electrical fire hazard and places users and persons in the
area around them at risk of electrical injury.

6. Testing the supply lead and safety device

For safety reasons the heated rubber mat is equipped with a residual current device with a plug.
The device has a rated current-carrying capacity of I ∆n ≤ 30mA. This device switches off the
current and prevents electrical fires and injuries if the heated rubber mat is damaged.

It is very important to test the device according to the following instructions before you
install and use the heated rubber mat.

a) Look for the test and reset buttons on the residual current device.
b) Connect the supply lead to the electrical socket. Press the RESET button - the indicator

light will light up.

c) Press the TEST button - the indicator light will go out.
d) Press the RESET button – the indicator light will light up once again.
e) If the indicator light doesn’t light up, check if the socket has power.
f) If the socket has power, but the residual current device still won’t work, contact FENIX

Slovakia.

g) It is necessary to test the RESET button before use.

7. Cleaning the rubber mat

The heated rubber mat requires cleaning after use. Typical widely-available floor-cleaning
products can be used. Dip a cloth into the solution made with the cleaning product and wash
the surface of the heated rubber mat, removing all dirt.

Do not use diluting agents or solvent strippers to clean the mat.

Approximate surface temperature of a W-mat heating mat in a stabilized state after
approximately one hour of operation.

*achieved temperatures may vary depending on the composition of the structure under the W-MAT

heating mat. In order to increase the start-up speed and possibly achieve higher surface
temperatures, suitable thermal insulation (e.g. F-BOARD) can be laid under the W-MAT heating
mat.

Warranty conditions

The supplier provides a 24-month guarantee on the product, valid from the date of sale. The warranty
does not extend to damage caused during transport, by careless handling or by inexpert installation.
The warranty also does not cover everyday wear and tear on the product. Any alterations to the
product are considered a violation of the warranty conditions. The complete warranty conditions can
