Using the Binding Machine
1. Turn On\Off switch to "On" position.
2. Machine is ready to bind when Ready Light illuminates (approximately 1-2 minutes).
3. Using the table below, choose the correct thermal cover based on the total number of sheets to be bound:

4. Insert sheets into thermal cover. Be sure all sheets are perfectly aligned and in contact with glue strip.
5. Place document in Binding Area.
NOTE: Index portion of cover should be in bottommost part of machine.
6. TB 100: Allow machine to bind document for 30-60 seconds. TB 200: Press Binding Timer. Binding is complete when Timer sounds. Turn off Timer by pressing button.
7. Remove document from Binding Area. Gently tap document on tabletop to complete the binding cycle.
8. Allow finished document to cool vertically for 8-10 minutes by placing on Cooling Stand.
NOTE: Do not open finished document before cooling cycle completes. Glue must adhere to all pages.
Adding/Removing Sheets from Bound Document
Adding or removing pages from a bound document is possible, but not recommended.
ADDING PAGES
1. Place sheets to be added at their required position in the document.
2. Place document in Binding Area.
3. TB 100: Allow machine to bind document for 30­60 seconds. TB 200: Press Binding Timer. Binding is complete when Timer sounds. Turn off Timer by pressing button.
4. Remove document from Binding Area. Again, gently tap document on tabletop to complete the binding cycle.
5. Allow finished document to cool vertically for 8-10 minutes by placing on Cooling Stand.
NOTE: Do not open finished document before cooling cycle completes. Glue must adhere to all pages.
