11. Usare solo dispositivi opzionali/accessori specicati dal produttore.

12. Utilizzare esclusivamente con carrelli, supporti, treppiedi, mensole

o tavole specicati dal produttore o venduti unitamente all’appa

PRT/LMT: Il led PRT/LMT indica l’intervento del limitatore per evitare sovracca-

rico termico e lo stato di protezione per malfunzionamento interno. In tal caso

(accensione ssa in assenza di segnale) spegnere il di󰀨usore e dopo almeno

5 secondi riaccenderlo. Se il led rimane accesso è necessario contattare l’assi­stenza tecnica. Il lampeggio con segnale musicale del led indica che la massima
potenza è stata raggiunta. E’ inutile continuare ad alzare il volume oltre questa
soglia per evitare di degradare la qualità del suono e il danneggiamento dei
trasduttori.

HP FILTER: Il pulsante HP FILTER attiva un ltro “passa alto” con frequenza di
taglio di circa 100Hz a 18dB oct (da attivare in congurazione con il subwoofer).
La funzione PRESET, gestita da DSP, permette di modicare la risposta del
di󰀨usore adattando la timbrica alle speciche applicazioni; oltre all’equalizzazio­ne i preset modicano anche il processamento di dinamica per ottenere sempre

il massimo SPL.

PRESET

ORIGINAL: Preset di default per utilizzo come “stage monitor” con il di󰀨usore

appoggiato a terra. L’emissione “half space” ed il conseguente caricamento delle
frequenze basse viene compensata per una risposta neutra ma presente.
HI-CUT / DRUM FILL: Ad alti volumi di ascolto e, data la posizione tipicamente

“neareld” di un monitor, alcune frequenze medio-alte possono essere fastidiose

provocando fatica di ascolto e distraendo l’artista dalla performance. Questo
preset riduce queste frequenze, per un suono sempre naturale ma non fastidio-

so anche ad alto SPL. Il preset è studiato anche per utilizzo come “drumll” per

batteristi, con il monitor appoggiato sopra il subwoofer.
LO-CUT / DOUBLE: Nel palco spesso c’è un eccesso di basse frequenze di
ritorno dall’impianto master che possono rendere meno intelligibile il sound
del monitor. Questo preset, riducendo le frequenze basse, rende il monitor più
chiaro e presente. Il preset è utile anche quando si utilizzano due monitor in

congurazione stereo (destro e sinistro), ad esempio per il cantante, e permette

di avere una risposta più equilibrata sulle basse frequenze.
FOH: Utilizzare questo preset quando il monitor viene installato su piantana

oppure a muro / so󰀩tto tramite accessorio opzionale ed in generale per tutte le
congurazioni “front of house”.

CH1

La presa XLR IN è utilizzata per il collegamento di una console di mixaggio o di

un microfono; per i segnali a basso livello, come nel caso di microfoni, impostare
il pulsante LINE/MIC in posizione MIC; per segnali ad alto livello (tipicamente

-10dB/+4dB) come nel caso di un mixer, impostare la posizione LINE. La presa
XLR OUT consente il collegamento verso un altro di󰀨usore; l’attivazione del

pulsante dedicato nella posizione MIX permette di miscelare i suoni sommando i
segnali presenti nei canali 1, 2, 3. Con il pulsante nella posizione LINK, l’uscita

è il link sico dell’ingresso in CH1.

Questo canale è fornito di prese jack da 6,3mm per il collegamento di tastiera o

lettore CD/MP3; la presa XLR IN è utilizzata per il collegamento di una console

di mixaggio o di un microfono; per segnali di basso livello, come nel caso di

microfoni, impostare il pulsante LINE/MIC in posizione MIC, per segnali ad alto

PRT/LMT: The PRT/LMT LED indicates when the limiter is triggered to prevent

thermal overload and the protection status due to an internal malfunction. If

this occurs (xed light and no signal), turn o󰀨 the speaker and wait at least 5

seconds before turning it back on. If the LED remains on, contact technical

support. If the LED ashes accompanied by a music signal, it indicates that the
maximum power has been reached. Do not increase the volume beyond this

threshold to avoid degrading sound quality and damaging the transducer.

HP FILTER: The HP FILTER button activates a “high pass” lter with a cut-o󰀨
frequency of about 100Hz at 18dB oct (to be activated in conguration with the

subwoofer). The PRESET function, managed by DSP, allows you to modify

the speaker response by adapting the timbre to the specic applications; in

addition to equalization, the presets also modify the dynamic processing to

guarantee maximum SPL.

PRESET

ORIGINAL: Default preset for using the speaker as a “stage monitor” in oor

installations. The half-space sound emission, and the consequent increased
load on low-frequencies, is balanced aiming at a neutral response with high
sound presence.
HI-CUT / DRUM FILL: Considering the high volume levels and the typical near

eld position of the monitor, some mid-high frequencies may result unpleasant,
making sound listening more di󰀩cult and distracting artists from their perfor-

mance. This preset reduces these frequencies, guaranteeing a natural and
pleasant sound, even at high SPL. It has been also designed for being used as

a drum ll for drummers, with the monitor placed on the subwoofer.
LO-CUT / DOUBLE: On the stage there are often excess low frequencies retur-

ning from the master system, which may make monitor sound less intelligible.
This preset reduces low frequencies, making monitor sound clearer and in­creasing its presence. It is also useful when two monitors are used in a stereo

conguration (right and left), for instance for the singer, and allows to obtain a

more balanced response for low frequencies.
FOH: Use this preset in case of pole or wall/ceiling installation of the monitor
by means of the optional accessory, as well as, more in general, for all front of
house applications.

CH1

The XLR IN socket is used to connect a mixing console or microphone; for

low-level signals, such as microphones, set the LINE/MIC button to the MIC

position; for high-level signals (typically -10dB/+4dB), such as mixers, set the

LINE position. The XLR OUT socket allows connection to another speaker;

enabling the dedicated button in the MIX position allows you to mix the sounds

by adding the signals present in channels 1, 2, 3. With the button in the LINK
position, the output is the physical link of the input in CH1.

CH2

This channel has 6.3mm jack sockets for keyboard or CD/MP3 player con­nection; the XLR IN socket is used to connect a mixing console or microphone;

for low level signals, such as microphones, set the LINE/MIC button to MIC

position, for high level signals (typically -10/+4dBV), such as mixers, set the

LINE position.

BLUETOOTH 5.0: Enable Bluetooth mode on your tablet or smartphone

device. Press the PAIR button, the relevant LED ashes, the speaker model
will appear in the list of new devices. Conrm the pairing, the LED indicator

PRT/LMT: : La Led PRT/LMT indique l’intervention du limiteur pour éviter la

surcharge thermique et l’état de protection en cas de dysfonctionnement interne.
Dans ce cas (éclairage xe en l’absence de signal) éteignez le haut-parleur et,
après au moins 5 secondes, rallumez-le. Si la Led reste allumée, contactez le

support technique. Le clignotement de la Led avec le signal de musique indique

que la puissance maximale a été atteinte. Il est inutile de continuer à augmen­ter le volume au-delà de ce seuil pour éviter de dégrader la qualité sonore et

d’endommager les transducteurs.

HP FILTER: : Le bouton HP FILTER active un ltre “passe-haut” avec une fréq­uence de coupure d’environ 100 Hz à 18 dB/octave (à activer en conguration
avec le caisson de basses). La fonction PRESET, gérée par DSP, vous permet
de modier la réponse du haut-parleur en adaptant le timbre aux applications
spéciques ; en plus de l’égalisation, les préréglages modient également le
traitement dynamique pour toujours obtenir le SPL maximum.

PRESET

ORIGINAL: Préconguration par défaut pour l’emploi comme moniteur de
plateau avec le di󰀨useur posé par terre. L’émission en half space et le charge­ment conséquent des graves sont compensés pour une réponse neutre mais
présente.
HI-CUT / DRUM FILL: Aux volumes d’écoute élevés, en raison de la position
typiquement “neareld” d’un moniteur, certaines fréquences médium-hautes
peuvent déranger l’écoute et distraire l’artiste dans sa performance. Cette
préconguration réduit ces fréquences pour obtenir un son toujours naturel qui
ne dérange pas, même aux niveaux SPL élevés. La préconguration est aussi
prévue pour l’emploi comme “drumll” pour les batteurs, avec le moniteur posé

sur le subwoofer.

LO-CUT / DOUBLE: Souvent sur le plateau il y a un excès de graves de retour

provenant de l’installation master qui peuvent rendre le son du moniteur moins

compréhensible. Cette préconguration rend le moniteur plus net et présent en
réduisant les graves. La préconguration est aussi utile dans l’emploi de deux
moniteurs en conguration stéréo (droit et gauche), par exemple pour le chan­teur, et elle permet d’obtenir une réponse plus équilibrée sur les graves.
FOH: Utiliser cette conguration quand le moniteur est installé sur un mât ou au
mur / au plafond au moyen d’un accessoire en option, et en général pour toutes
les congurations “front of house”

CH1

La prise XLR IN est utilisée pour connecter une console de mixage ou un mi­crophone ; pour les signaux de niveau faible, comme dans le cas des micropho­nes, réglez le bouton LIGNE/MIC en position MIC ; pour les signaux de niveau
fort (typiquement -10dB/+4dB) comme dans le cas d’un mélangeur, réglez en
position LINE. La prise XLR OUT permet la connexion à une autre enceinte ;
l’activation du bouton dédié en position MIX vous permet de mixer les sons en
ajoutant les signaux des canaux 1, 2, 3. Avec le bouton en position LINK, la
sortie est le lien physique de l’entrée en CH1.

CH2

Ce canal est fourni avec des prises jack 6,3 mm pour la connexion d’un clavier
ou d’un lecteur CD/MP3 ; la prise XLR IN est utilisée pour la connexion d’une
console de mixage ou d’un microphone ; pour les signaux de niveau faible, com­me dans le cas des microphones, réglez le bouton LINE/MIC en position MIC,
pour les signaux de niveau fort (typiquement -10/+4 dBV) comme dans le cas du
mélangeur, réglez en position LINE.

BLUETOOTH 5.0 : Activez le mode Bluetooth sur votre tablette ou smartphone.

weiterhin leuchtet, ist es erforderlich, Kontakt mit dem technischen Kunden­dienst aufzunehmen. Das Blinken mit Musiksignal der Led zeigt an, dass die

maximale Leistung erreicht wurde. Es ist sinnlos, die Lautstärke über diesen

Schwellenwert hinaus zu erhöhen, um eine Verschlechterung der Klangqualität
und Schäden an den Wandlern zu vermeiden.

HP FILTER: Die Taste HPFILTER aktiviert einen “High-Pass” -Filter mit einer

Schnittfrequenz von ca. 100Hz bei 18dB Okt (in Konguration mit dem Subwo­ofer zu aktivieren). Die von DPS verwaltete Funktion PRESET, ermöglicht es,

die Wiedergabe der Lautsprecherbox zu ändern, indem die Klangfarbe an die
spezischen Anwendungen angepasst wird; neben der Entzerrung verändern
die Voreinstellungen auch die Dynamikverarbeitung, um immer den maximalen

SPL zu erhalten.

PRESET

ORIGINAL: Vorgegebene Voreinstellung für die Anwendung als “Bühnenb­ildschirm” mit dem Lautsprecher am Boden. Die “Half Space” Emission und

die folgende Ladung der Niederfrequenzen wird durch eine neutrale, jedoch

anwesende Antwort kompensiert.

HI-CUT / DRUM FILL: Bei hoher Lautstärke und der typischen “Neareld”

Position des Bildschirms, könnten einige mittel-hohen Frequenzen störend

wirken und das Zuhören erschweren und den Künstler von seiner Au󰀨ührung

ablenken. Diese Voreinstellung vermindert die Frequenzen, so dass der Klang
auch bei hohem SPL immer neutral und nicht stören wirkt. Die Voreinstellung
kann auch als “Drumll” für Schlagzeuger, mit dem Bildschirm auf dem Subwo­ofer benutzt werden.
LO-CUT/ DOUBLE: Auf der Bühne sind oft übermäßig viele Niederfrequenzen
aus der Master-Anlage vorhanden, die den Sound des Bildschirms unklar
machen. Diese Voreinstellung vermindert die Niederfrequenzen und somit wirkt
der Bildschirm klar und anwesend. Die Voreinstellung ist auch von Nutzen,

wenn man zwei Bildschirme in Stereo-Konguration (rechts und links) benutzt,

zum Beispiel für den Sänger, und ermöglicht eine ausgeglichenere Antwort auf
den Niederfrequenzen.
FOH: Diese Voreinstellung benutzen, wenn der Bildschirm auf Ständer oder an
Mauer/Decke mittels des optionalen Zubehörs angebracht ist oder generell für

alle “Front of the house” Kongurationen.

CH1

Die Buchse XLR IN dient dem Anschluss eines Mischpults oder eines Mikro­fons; für Signale mit niedrigem Pegel, wie bei Mikrofonen, die TasteLINE/MIC
auf die Position MIC einstellen; für Signale mit hohem Pegel (typischerweise

-10dB/+4dB), wie bei einem Mixer, die Position LINE einstellen. Die Buchse
XLR OUT ermöglicht den Anschluss an eine weitere Lautsprecherbox; die

Aktivierung der entsprechenden Taste in der Stellung MIX ermöglicht das
Mischen der Klänge durch Hinzufügen der in den Kanälen 1, 2, 3 vorhandenen

Signale. Wenn sich die Taste in der Position LINK bendet, ist der Ausgang die

physische Verbindung des Eingangs in CH1.

CH2

Dieser Kanal ist mit 6,3mm-Klinkenbuchsen für den Anschluss von Keyboard
