Instruction Manual
1. Introduction
The Fantasea Flex Arm is a flexible arm made of rugged plastic polycarbonate material,
designed for attaching a flash, focus light or night dive to a tray. The Flex Arm features a
standard C1 connector at the bottom, allowing it to be mounted directly on a tray. It also
features a standard Y-S connector at the top, designed for easy attachment of underwater
flashes and lights. The flexible design of the arm allows for the light or flash mounted on
top of it to be positioned within different angles and distances from the camera housing.
An EyeGrabber Lens Holder (caddy) for safely securing lens accessories when removed
from the housing lens port can be ordered separately and attached to the arm.
Size: 30 cm/12 inch.
Weight: .26 kg
2. Mounting the Flex Arm on a Tray

Connector featured on the tray (images #1 and #2).

each other.
c. Tighten the screw featured on the Flex Arm’s C1 connector in order to lock the arm on the tray.

out of the tray by gliding the Flex Arm’s C1 connector in the opposite direction to the one used
to glide it in. If the Flex Arm comes out, repeat steps 1-3 again and make sure that the C1 and T1
connectors are perfectly aligned prior to tightening the screw.
3. Mounting a Flash or Light on the Flex Arm
a. Remove the screw from the Y-S Connector at the bottom of the flash or light by unscrewing it all
the way out.
b. Position the flash/light on top of the Flex Arm so that the Y-S Mount on top of the arm is aligned
with the Y-S Connector at the bottom of the flash/light (image #3 on the following page).
