FP10/20 - Pulley Unit / FP1280 - Motor
INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS:
We recommend that each fan and the motor have 3/4” plywood backing secured to a structural member for adequate
support. Each fan assembly consists of 1 motor and 1 pulley/blade assembly. The motor unit can operate up to 4 pulley/
blade assemblies maximum, which will reduce the rpm. Not recommended for sound-sensitive areas. Call tech support
for more information.
ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS:
A 120 VAC, 60 Hz, 15 amps electrical feed, centered under the motor unit and wired to a C20 remote control (supplied) is
required. 3-speed, reversible control receiver included (located in switch cap housing). 220 VAC, 50 Hz export version
is available.
FAN SPEEDS:
Will vary according to the blade set. Material, shape, and size of fan blade will affect the speed of the fan. In general,
the larger blades (22”) will turn slower than the smaller blades (18”) and the narrower blades (narrow oval & oar shaped)
will turn faster than the wide oval blades.
CONTROL OPTIONS:
The hand-held, reversing remote control (C20) and switch cup receiver (CR1280) are included. Optional fan & light
push-button wall control (C21) is available (to be used in conjunction with fan receiver). Both of controls may be used
independently or together. Installation instructions provided with each control.
LIGHTING OPTIONS:
Optional lighting fi tters and light kits are available, including a single bowl fi xture with a maximum of 180 watts and
a variety of four-light fi xtures with a maximum of 240 watts. Can be only mounted on the motor switch cap housing.

OPTIONAL BLADE SETS:
Blade sets consist of 2 blades; priced and sold separately. Blades are available in reversible oak/walnut, cherrywood,
rosewood, natural palm (BMP series), woven bamboo (BMD series), wicker (BMW series) . Natural palm blades are
available in 3 shapes; Woven bamboo blades are available in 4 fi nishes and 3 shapes; Wicker blades available in 2
